Einstein Bros. Bagels

I don't understand! This place never has pumpernickel bagels. They have the same manager as the location over at University and Highlands Ranch Parkway, where I can find pumpernickel bagels. So, if we want pumpernickel which is frequently, we have to drive all the way University and Highlands Ranch Parkway. What's the problem?But because of this idiocy, I went to work and learned how to make a great bagel. So I have begun making my own. They're like real bagels, as opposed to French bread, which is what Einstein Pumpernickel is very similar too.

My order has never once been the correct order and it drives me crazy. If you want to get a random lukewarm bagel go here

Thought I'd give you one more try. This was the last time. You have too many people on shift doing nothing. I ordered 3 bagels with no cuts and no schmere. Waited for 5 minutes then asked the kid at the counter to put on gloves and get me the bagels. He took my order earlier yet could not remember "no schmere" just bagels. He couldn't find them in the case and spent most of his time holding his broom. Multiple people standing around doing nothing for 3 bagels that totaled $7.25 after the "military" discount which is really the senior discount. Your business is failing. The only reason you're not out of business is because the general public has gotten used to horrible or no service. All of the kids in the store look like they need a "safe space" and probably can't find their way out of a wet paper bag.I'd rather eat Safeway frozen bagels than visit your store ever again. Goodbye Einstein. You have no reason to use the great scientists name as there is nothing brilliant about your store.Edit to comment on owner: the store has never had great service. Love Einsteins Bagels. I haven't been to this location too many times, but when I did go there, the food and drink were awesome and the team working there was fabulous.Love love love their lox bagel open faced and they nail it perfectly every time.

The only thing consistent with this Einstein location is their ability to get EVERY SINGLE ORDER WRONG. Unfortunately, we have seen them mess up orders for years. Today was extra special. Two back to back orders were messed up. Their correction order was wrong too. Mistakes are made 100% of the time. Sad their Management invests in no training. Just check your Orders.

I am a regular at this shop, and I have never had a bad experience! They can get very busy and have had mechanical issues once but that has not impacted the service or my opinion of the staff. I will say that people need to be a lot less self centered around here. Before making disparaging comments or pitching a fit in the store, stop and think for a moment what it would be like on the other side of the counter with them acting the way they do!

Haven't been here in months, but decided to give it another go and sadly still disappointed overall. Place is dirty, rundown and still has no indoor seating. It honestly looks like it's heading toward closing. Hate to be negative, but when 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees run $25 and you have no where to sit, very few people will come back. Wouldn't take a huge investment to turn it around, but it doesn't look that that's the plan.Well...we just got our lattes and they are undrinkable! The coffee itself is so over roasted and burned tasting we took one sip and had to ask for a refund. That fact is not on the employees but on the supplier. Guess we'll have to cross this spot off our list for good. ‍

Zero stars for this place. I had an unpleasant experience here this morning. 9:00am Sunday morning. There were a few customers in the store but NO ONE behind me on line. There was a woman with her two grandsons in front of me finishing up their order. The sweetest looking 4 year old boy was asking the cashier (male, hefty, dark hair) if they have cream cheese there. What an adorable question to ask when you're at a bagel store! The male employee totally disregarded this child although the boy asked twice in a very respectful manner. This very unhappy looking employee then asked me for my order. Since the little guy was still standing there wondering about cream cheese, I nicely told the cashier that I'd wait to place my order while he answered the young boy. Blankly staring straight at me,as if in a trance, he asked again what my order was. Again, I said "no problem, I can wait a second to place my order" until you finish up with the previous customer. Again, a blank stare from him and the exact same question was asked of me. It was weird and scary. Customers matter, even if they are 4 years old. It would have taken this guy mere seconds to answer this child, even if he said "um duh, yes". Of course I asked him why he couldn't answer the boy and he just kept repeatedly asking me for my order. I spoke to the "manager", but from her response, I don't expect my complaint about customer service to go anywhere. She did say that her first and only priority is to help her workers get the food out as quickly as possible on such a busy day (which it wasn't). Prompt service and good service go hand in hand. It would be nice if the management and employees of this store could understand this simple rule. Shall never return. There are plenty of other places to get a bagel.

Why is there no seating in this restaurant? I took my toddler in to have lunch with him and was surprised there are no tables & chairs. The staff was polite and the food was good - but there was no where to eat it. We ate in our car :/

I went in this morning for coffee and a bagel and discovered not only the usual extreme disorganization and slowness of Einstein Bros Bagels, which one accepts because the bagels are good. I saw, too, four flies crawling all over the menu sign posted behind the counter and a coffee area that was just filthy. There were coffee grounds scattered about, liquid coffee here and there on the counter, no half-and-half or other creamer for customers, no honey (which they usually have), no raw sugar, and coffee that seemed quite old (at least a few hours).Considering that I spent more than $10, tax included, for a bagel sandwich and the coffee, I expect better.
