Einstein Bros. Bagels

By far my favorite location since it first opened! Armin, the Manager, has created such a wonderful cohesive team that are so professional, friendly, and efficient! You can tell they enjoy working there and interacting with customers. The food and drinks are well-prepared every time and are fresh and delicious.This location is very clean and well maintained and it show that they have a lot of pride in their work environment.Looking forward to when they can open up the dining room but you can still order inside and in the drive-thru.

Do not go to this location. The service is horrible, and the employees stand around doing nothing while the coffee and creamers are empty. The manager is confrontational and the customer appears to be always wrong. I have never had such a negative experience at any other Einstein's.

Well, looks like the beginning of the end of another Einstein location. . Bakery case was completely empty with the exception of 1 item. They are still not allowing guests to eat inside. However, I think that's a company decision. As another location was the same. They were unable to make any specialty breakfast sandwiches. Just bagels and basic egg sandwiches. I hope they can turn it around - this used to be my go-to place for a nice breakfast sandwich. Luckily, the location right down on Parker a road was fully functional and was a good experience.

Bring a book and a full tank of gasSunday morning about 11:00 am I pulled into the drive through to grab a couple breakfast sandwiches. The line was fairly long so I expected a bit of a wait. I turned off the car rather than sit idling. After a few minutes the line moved forward so I started my car and rolled up. Being optimistic, I left the car idling. My gas light came on. Okay, I'm a little worried but I should be fine. I pull up to the speaker and the attendant says he'll be right with me. So I wait. Somewhere between 5-10 minutes later, he returns, apologizing because he had to reboot the system. I place my order knowing my sandwich will be in my hands soon. As I make the turn and am about 3 cars back from the window it occurs to me that I am almost out of gas. The line isn't moving and I'm worried about running out of gas. When there is only one car left in front of me I noticed that my car is telling me I have been idling in line for over 40 minutes!At the window, the attendant told my there would be no charge for my order due to the wait. That's when I could see the staff starting to assemble my order. Total time to get 2 bagel sandwiches ordered straight off the menu, 55 minutes. Not exactly fast food. While waiting at the window it was easy to see behind the counter. The floor was covered with trash. I watched as staff swept a handful of shredded cheese off the prep area and on the the floor. Unfortunately, this is all fairly common at the location. If you opt to drive through, make sure you have a book to read while waiting and plenty of gas to idle away the hours.

I give them 1 star in that the coffee and bagels are still good. But my god the customer service is the worst ever. The store asks for masks but the old talk guy wears it around his chin, every time I have been here. Takes a good 15 min to get a coffee and a bagel every single time. So while I could say they have a couple duds working there it is too consistent not to be a systemic issue.

They always mess up my order. I literally ask for a ham and Swiss breakfast sandwich with no egg. They repeated the order back to me correctly. They gave me a bagel with Swiss and egg and NO ham. Terrible.

Ew the guy that took my order tf you rushing me for . I get it you're having a bad day but fix your customer service voice . Drive through 11:17 aug 5th also yalls are slow and take to long .

Shaping dough into the shape of a bagel does not make a bagel. Even a frozen Lenders bagel tastes better.

Terrible food, terrible service, won't be back for that. Should have gotten a plain bagel with cream cheese, the food is horrid.

Twice now we have ordered and had an issue with an order, this time we did not have 2 eggs even thought we paid for it. We noticed after we got back home. Why are we not able to complain using the app???Why with covid the flu being over and for this long, you still do not have furniture for your your guests to sit in side???? Its absolutely ridiculous. We will stop going once again until we see a place to sit. You're literally the last of the hold out, you all just don't get it. Taco bell was take out only forever because they had problems with hiring, but they are even fully open now. What's your excuse.
