Einstein Bros. Bagels

I went inside to order. They're clearly short-staffed. There were people waiting around for a good long time. It took me almost 30 minutes to get an awful bagel sandwich, to go. What happened to them?

This place didn't even say hello. They let me stand there for 5 min while they were in back taking selfies. This was the most pathetic service attempt I've ever seen.With a staff so bad this place should just close down sadly.First place I had to walk out of in 20 some years.Pathetic! Do better!

This location continues to have stock of bagels, cream cheeses and other product to make their menu items. Poor service and communication between employees. Will never go again.

Local Einstein's so come here regularly often. Staff is super friendly and food comes out generally quick. Giving this a 3 star since my orders have been wrong about half the time and the bagels and sandwiches are what you would find at any Einstein's. If you can, go local and find a high quality bagel.

I used to come to this einstines all the time growing up. Last time I came in, one of the employees dropped my food on the floor, and looked me straight in the eye while still handing it to me. This time, the idiots working up front were just standing around, for reasons unclear to me talking about taking a poop on the local elementary school (asbury elementary,) black top, and not making any orders. When one of them finally realized they're paid to do a job and not just stand there, they started making orders probably 5 minutes after I sat down, and told me that I was third up in line, after they stood there doing absolutely nothing and not even bothering to greet me when I came in.

I absolutely love this location convenient to my house!! Staff is friendly and it's rarely too busy to get a quick breakfast. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they often forget to ask about scanning for my rewards (and their reward program is really good, often a reason I opt to go there!!) and then when I ask it's usually too late. So I would just make sure to ask to have it scanned before your transaction so you can take full advantage!

Gotta go right down the middle between my 2 recent visits here, because one was a 4-star experience and one was a 2-star. Seriously, if I open the doorway before someone else opens another doorway 3 seconds later and you're not making eye contact with me and asking me what I'd like, "you're doing it wrong". Great that you apparently knew the other nurse or healthcare worker that walked in, but FIFO man.Coffee's solid, inexpensive and there's a Star***** (but not Starbucks) blend I've never seen before at any other Einstein's. I wanna call it Starlight, but that may be wrong too. Not bad though. [checks photo I took]...it is Starlight. ^_^

The service was quick and nice, the workers were kind and polite, and the bagels tasted good. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was on point.

I think that it's terrible that a person has to use the app to place an order if they are not there. I have called and sometimes they will answer the phone, others they don't. I am not in a position to use the app. You can't tell me that they are that busy that they can't answer the phone. maybe I will consider buying somewhere else in the futur.

For the third time in a row they mix the cream cheeses. Highly recommend using separate knifes.nothing tastes better than a onion and chive on a cinnamon bagel.figure it out :)
