Einstein Bros. Bagels

Fantastic coffee! Great food. Rough as it seems like the cafes are understaffed compared to contemporaries in industry. reason for 3 stars is ordering on Einstein website will not result in rewards....only app and in-store purchase. Bummer if you pre-order food for catering (through Einstein's own platform, not 3rd party)

I never thought I'd write a review for a bagel chain but here we are. I wanted to really vouch for this place because I thought the customer service was absolutely incredible. I was greeted by a very friendly person who took my order, and the whole staff had smiles on their faces. This is rare! I just got one toasted bagel, and they were generous with the cream cheese, quick with the order, and told me to have a great day before I left. Great experience! Would recommend!

You walk in to an empty restaurant where there are signs everywhere...dining closed to the public. Super welcoming. The employee manning the register yells around the only other customer to walk all way around the wall to enter the "line" properly (kinda hilarious). You repeat your order twice because he isn't listening and then the food just sucks. Coffee is old. Go next door to Starbucks instead. At least they are following their systems to ensure consistency.

Ordered a plain bagel with a light schmeer of cream, and one sesame bagel, which cost me $5.37 ???? I know it costs more to live in Denver but come on!!!!! Plus I didn't know they use Carabou Coffee...

I stopped by this Einstein Bagels location with my good friend on Christmas Eve while on our way home from a bike ride.The outdoor seating area was perfect as indoor dining is currently not available due to the COVID restrictions.I ordered an everything bagel accompanied with the garlic onion and herb cream cheese, which was absolutely delicious.The prices here are also very reasonable!Come and stop by if you're in the neighborhood and craving a nice warm bagel!

Looks like Einstein Bro's Bagels have been participating in "right-sizing." I remember catering with them all the time a few years back and they were huge. Strange times. Oh, and this was $7 for one egg, and bacon, no cheese. Come on man.

Staff members would come to front, tell me they'd be with me shortly (no one else was in store). Finally, the third staff member took my order: a lox bagel without onions. Bagel was prepared quickly but upon getting home, I discovered bagel had onions. Oh well, sorry I tipped. How simple can I make it?

The Manager that was on duty today, excellent, friendly, attentive. However, the food quality was not what I have had in the past from Einstein. I asked for the ham and swiss sandwich and was asked if toasted, yes, toasted please. First, not toasted, one slice of ham (not exaggerating), thinly sliced tomatoes and tons of not sliced portioned to the sandwich. On the picture on the menu, it looks full of meat and the mustard and mayo are spread on the sandwich. I got mustard and mayo packs. Not what I was expecting!
