I am so excited that this place just opened in such a convenient location. The inside area is nice and service is good. More of a casual or take-away type of place as food gets made very quickly. We tried the salmon eggs benedict and the avacado bun. Loved both and the benedict came with a good amount of salmon!

I have a mixed experience. My husband ordered the egg truffle sandwich, and it was simply amazing--definitely a standout dish! On the other hand, I opted for the scrambled eggs with avocado and salmon, which I didn't enjoy as much. We were surprised that our dishes did not come with tater tots, as we had expected they would. We also tried the pancake bites, but they had a weird texture that was a bit off-putting. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We enjoyed a latte and a smoothie, both of which we loved, although they weren't anything particularly special.Overall, Eggs Inc is a good spot for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.

We live in the Coloradan, and we were so excited to see this place go in, and now open! The restaurant has a good amount of seating for a smaller space (15 chairs), and has a fun feel to it (pink neon signs, pink hanging flowers, fun lighting (think street lamp style indoor lighting). You can order from one of two screens to the right hand side if you walk in from the street, or directly from the counter. I opted for the counter, as this morning, on a Thursday, it was fairly quiet. The man at the counter was lovely and took my order. My food to go came out pretty quickly which is nice. I ordered the bacon scrambled bun for my husband, and I had the bacon Benedict. The bun was packed with creamy scrambled eggs, a piece of cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon - all on a potato bun. The eggs Benedict ate a bit different from what you may order elsewhere - just one bun, but with two eggs, plenty of hollandaise, and plenty of bacon sprinkled on top/around it - which kept the bacon nice and crispy. We also had the opportunity to try the tater tots which were also tasty. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Elisabet and Glenn Eriksson were taking a walk in Stockholm when they saw a sign that said, "Eggs, Inc." and were inspired to create a fast food concept focused on high-quality egg dishes. Elisabet had already founded a European coffee house chain that she grew to 450 units, so this was not a pipe dream. They immediately acquired rights to the name and after creating recipes and a design concept, opened the flagship store in central Stockholm in 2019 with a focus on healthy fast food.Respected Denver chef, Troy Guard, of TAG Restaurant Group, in partnership with Peter Forsberg, former Colorado Avalanche star, have opened the first U.S. location here in Denver. The menu features egg sandwiches (Egg Buns), egg pizza, eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, scrambled egg sandwiches (Scrambled Buns), omelets, egg bites, and pancake bites. It is intended for not just breakfast, but also lunch and dinner as the restaurant will be open until 9pm, Monday through Saturday (7pm Sunday). This is all thanks to Peter Forsberg who discovered Eggs, Inc. on a trip to Sweden and thought the concept was perfect for the American market. The group have brought in kitchen design experts with McDonald's and Burger King experience to create systems that can provide fresh food in under six minutes, even at peak times. The idea is to offer delicious, fresh, egg-based dishes all day long.Plans are currently in process to open five locations in metro Denver with hopes for large-scale expansion to follow. Specialized kitchen equipment custom made by Multeral, a supplier to major fast food chains, ensures that every order is cooked perfectly. The space is very cute with a number of neon signs that give off a pink glow. There are two self-order stations as you walk up a slight ramp to the counter or you can order from a cheerful staffer at the counter. My order came out before I was finished paying, but at busier times there is a pick-up station with a computer screen that shows the status of each order.I ordered the salmon Benedict which was shown on the menu as a large, thick piece of smoked salmon served on a slice of brioche with two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. That's not quite what I received. I did get a reasonably-sized slice of brioche. The two poached eggs were perched on one side and some bits of chopped, smoked salmon were on the other side. Not quite what I was expecting and not really assembled correctly for a Benedict. The quality of the salmon was adequate, the quantity was definitely lacking. One egg was poached perfectly, but the other one was overcooked. The hollandaise was not very warm. The cost of this was $9.95 plus a "Delivery Fee" of $0.40, whatever that was for. The portion was not very satisfying and I did not find it a bargain. There are a number of full-service breakfast spots in the area that produce a much larger salmon Benedict for about $15 with a full serving of salmon. There are two separate sections each of the menu board at the front counter for Eggs Benedict and for Scrambled Eggs. Each section shows the same dishes, but with different prices. I was charged the higher price for my Eggs Benedict. I cannot figure out what the difference between these two options is supposed to be.Drinks are not on the menu, but the staffer at the front counter read them off to me from the register. I believe there are coffee, espresso drinks, juices, water, and fountain drinks available.Although this restaurant is counter service, several staffers came by my table to see if I needed anything. The decor is interesting with some cute neon signs and a number of framed pictures which have rather snarky subjects upon close inspection (see my photos).Your meal is delivered on a tray. I was not a big fan of the miniature plastic cutlery, but the knife was sharp enough to cut the brioche. There is a trash station, but it does not offer any place to put your used tray. The openings are also too small to fit the disposable plates. The restaurant is part of the retail spaces in The Coloradan building. You can enter from the street off Wewatta or from the hallway inside the building. There is limited street parking (passenger pickup only in front of the building) plus several parking garages in the immediate area.

Such a cute place with the fun decor and tables! Larry took care of us and suggested all the items that we tried! Spot ON! The Benedict's were AMAZING! (I am really picky about hollandaise) We also tried the Egg Scramble, BBQ pizza and Egg Bites. Yes, you may think... egg pizza??? It DELIVERED! It's different, I will say but really good! The Strawberry Banana Açaí smoothie was a great way to round out the flavors.

As a first time visitor to Denver wanted to try this new place out since it has a very innovative concept and was really in the mood for breakfast. It's also a short walk from Union Station. While this place might be worth trying, if you're looking for something new. The menu results aren't consistent and the portion sizes are a bit smaller compared with other traditional breakfast options. Tried the Egg Pizza, which is a pizza without bread, it's entirely eggs. Was surprisingly pretty good for a gimmicky menu item. The topping were well selected to go well together and the eggs were consistently cooked. However, my friend had the Egg Bites which was overcooked and tasted more along the lines of industrial food service eggs. The ambience has energetic vibes, with pink and blue lighting and park cafe style seating.

I've found my new go-to breakfast spot for those fast-paced mornings!! From the food to the vibe to the staff this place is just awesome. Staff are so beyond welcoming and nice, and the store itself is so cute from the pink walls to fun decor. The Egg Bun is definitely the best bang for your buck if youre looking for something filling. We also got the eggs Benedict, which had excellent hollandaise sauce and fresh salmon lox. Overall prices are very fair for Union Station area where you'll be hard-pressed to find anything below $10. The pancake bites come with your choice of sauce (we went with Nutella and syrup- preferred the syrup) and they're made from banana which is different and made me feel healthy lol. Overall LOVE this place!

Great! Another egg-themed breakfast place in Denver-- just what we needed! As if Kaffe Landskap wasn't already much higher quality and right next door. The manager at this location is rude, and feels that he himself is entitled to the loading zone on Wewatta street-- god forbid you don't move your car to allow him to squeeze into a spot right in front of their store when half of the loading zone is empty. This place will fail, and perhaps in the future someone competent will actually manage it. If you like egg based food, sure, try it! Don't go looking for anyone to be particularly friendly however.
