First time to Eddy V's and certainly will not be our last! Everything from the moment we walked in to our departure was on-point and amazing! Once seated (by the Manager) we were ask if the night was for any occasion, at which we replied it was a "Make-up Valentine's Day as we had been sick the week prior." He returned with a handful of rose petals and neatly decorated our table to spell a 'V.' Our server, Alyssa was top notch. She never missed a beat with listening, offering, and being sure that we always had any and everything we wanted. The drinks not only were good quality and mixture, but presented beautifully too. The mystic point oysters were by far the best we've ever had, and we contemplated ordering more! The Caesar salad had just the right amount of dressing with the fresh black pepper complimenting it well. The filet, (although my judgment was biased because my Husband knocks any steak at a restaurant out of the park,) was clearly a beautiful cut of meat and the outer was charred just the right amount. My husband ordered the wagyu steak and it could not have tasted better! We complimented our meal with delicious asparagus and Alyssa surprised us with au gratin potatoes that melt in your mouth! Overall it was a fantastic experience and Valentine's was better celebrated after the holiday, with the utmost amazing experience!

WOW. What an absolutely PHENOMENAL experience! I took my large adult son here to celebrate his raise. We were greeted very warmly when we walked in, and seated promptly. Water was brought, and we were asked if we preferred Perrier. Our server, Jeremy, showed up, and he was WONDERFUL. He asked if we were celebrating anything, and I said that my son got a raise, after only six months, and Jeremy made everything so SPECIAL! There were shiny confetti stars! A "Celebration" placard! A signed card! A flaming platter! And...the FOOD. Oooooooh. We had the crab cake to start, and oh my GOODNESS!!! It was DELICIOUS. Barely any breading, a generous size, a drizzle of remoulade. YUM! I have had many, many crab cakes, and this one was SERIOUSLY GOOD. We also received a little surprise amuse-bouche. Crispy and with a glorious aioli. My ahi tuna was FLAWLESS. Three cubes of perfectly seared rare fish. Oh my. Son had the 18-oz strip steak, and he was impressed. He told Jeremy that it might be the best steak he's ever had. Kid knows good steak, so high praise indeed. I had a bite, and it, too, was FLAWLESS. Perfectly cooked medium rare. We had the mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts as sides. I'm a bad Mommy and forgot that my son doesn't eat nuts. There are cashews in the sprouts. They were prepared in a honey siracha sauce, and so yummy! Mashed potatoes were good. Not phenomenal, but fine. Jeremy surprised us with the truffled Mac and cheese!!!So incredibly good, with crispy breadcrumbs, that I practically swooned. TDF. What FLAVOR!!! Well worth puffy allergy face. As was the warm bread served in the beginning. I had the smoked Old Fashioned, and what a presentation! Plus, it was delicious. Beautifully presented, on a plank with a glass of smoke. Alas, I was driving, so only had one. Probably a good thing. It was a hefty drink. We declined dessert, but found a surprise from Jeremy when we got home!!Such a delightful and delicious dinner!! This is now our FAVORITE steakhouse. I'm looking forward to returning with both kids. We will definitely ask to be seated In Jeremy's section. He took such GREAT care of us. And the superb food was celebration-worthy indeed.

The food was so good I didn't even stop to take any photos. Table for four: 2 10oz center cut filet mignon - cooked perfectly!1 Ahi Tuna 1 Chilean Sea Bass Side of Brussel sprouts - had an Asian zing to themSide of Three Georges Bank Scallops - loaded with cheese! Side of truffle Mac n cheese - so flavorful but not overpowering with truffle Everything was amazing! The service was 5 star! Our server even surprised us with the truffle Mac n cheese (his treat) and was it a good treat! Very attentive and even training a new hire. The drinks took on the longer side to get but had good company so wasn't a big deal. The dark lighting made for an elegant night. Tables seemed a little close together but couldn't hear my neighbors convo. Is expensive but worth it.

My husband wanted a steak forHis birthday this past Friday and his boss referred us or should I say recommended EddieV's. So I did a little research and read some of the reviews, some good some bad, 5 star, one star but it was my husband's birthday, and that's where he wanted to go.I have to tell you I was impressed the moment I walk in. The sake our name and immediately we were seated. The table was festively decorated with birthday confetti and a birthday card from the restaurant. Mind you as people of color, our table wasn't hidden and our presence was appreciated. Then we were introduced to our waiter Jason and boy was he amazing! He wished my husband a happy birthday, when around the entire table and introduced himself with a confident handshake and a wonderful spirit! He started sharing about the selected entries for the night and he created the most awesome customer service experience for me and my family!! Jason interacted with all of us, so friendly and polite, making sure we didn't need anything and if we did, he was on it.The food came out accordingly with our appetizers, salads and main entrees. One request: I would have loved my lobster bisque hotter but I was tasty. My husband loved his steak, he ate it all!!! My sister in law and brother in law loved their filet, I enjoyed my New York, my daughter who never really ate at at place like EddiesV's loved the salmon, spinach and rice! And let's not forget my mother-in-law - she loved her stuff shrimp and asparagus!! The crab rice was delicious, Al gratin potatoes were a hit!!!!After we ate my husband and his brother topped it of with a smoked old fashion! I had a sip and it was sooo smooth and oh my goodness the cherries were amazing! I know they are expensive cherries but to make it more feminine- add more cherries and that would be the drink for me!!To our surprise, Jason came out with birthday dessert, samples of banana foster cake and a warmed chocolate cookies with ice cream for all of us to share!Thank you Jason and thank you EddieV's - the chefs in the kitchen - you made my husband that happiest man that night for his birthday!!!

Just had one of the best birthday dinners - scratch that one of the best dinners yet in Denver. We have been to some pretty pricy places and this is the first one where we really felt like it was all worth it. It was my husband's birthday and when we sat at our table we were greeted with a birthday card and birthday confetti on the table. How cute! Our server Diego was amazing and very attentive to every detail. We got the seafood tower to start and everything was very good and fresh and fancy. Lots of great sauces to accompany everything. We got steak, crab fried rice, truffle mac, Cesar salad, lobster bisque and everything was very very good. The bisque is poured table side with is a nice touch. The atmosphere is classy, upscale and clean. My husband had never been somewhere where they bring hot lemon towels to clean your hands and brush crumbs off the table with a little broom and it was fun to watch him take it all in :) Overall Eddie Vs is a total win. The end.

We came here for a special occasion. We started with their shellfish tower platter filled with lobster tail, shrimp cocktail, oysters, and crab meat. Everything was fresh and delicious! Then we tried the lobster bisque and cut it with some warm bread. Yum! For main course I had the filet mignon and gulf shrimp. My husband had the t bone. But the truffle Mac and cheese was amazing. My friend has the sea bass which was melt in the mouth tender. For dessert, banana foster stole the show. Foster cake has bursts of crunch, chewy, sweet, salty, rummy, all in one bite. Service was flawless as well. Our water was filled and drinks refilled. Ambiance is classy and business. A Great experience and we'll be back!

Filet tacos were a delicious appetizer but a bit large, great service and drinks. Can enjoy conversations without overbearing crowd noise. Just a little pricy.

We came here for our anniversary. My wife was shocked when he pulled into this beautiful restaurant. All the staff were dressed in gorgeous attire and the place was filled. I made reservations and it's a good thing I did. The place was packed. The calamari was cooked perfectly, the right amount of chewy with a crunchy exterior. While we waited for the entrees, I ordered a martini and she had a glass of Chardonnay, and then we listened to the live pianist singing. Very peaceful. The waitress was attentive and professional. The other staff kept stacking on the bread but we stopped after the first loaf. Didn't want to spoil our dinner haha. Our waitress Kelsie was excellent. She was running around and her customer service was second to none. When it rained, she quickly took our dishes inside to keep them protected and she found a covered table for us.My wife's steak was cooked perfectly but mine was a bit overcooked. They quickly took the order down to get me a new steak, disregarding that it was ok. Her response, "we don't want you to have a 'OK' or 'it's fine' steak. We want you to have an 'awesome' steak". She returned with that awesome steak. Absolutely delicious.Although this place is very expensive it was certainly worth coming and they made our anniversary one to remember.Thank you Eddie V team.

This was my first time here and the only thing that beat the food, was the service! Upscale dining experience with personable, professional and attentive staff! Our waiters knew I was pregnant and brought us a flaming Banana Foster butter cake with a plate that said "Congratulations". This was so sweet!! He also made me a mock tail Food: I started with the lobster bisque. It was a very good choice. Served with lobster claw and a piece of buttered breadFor my main I had filet mignon, with cheese potatoes, truffle Mac and cheese and asparagus, the Mac and cheese I could've eaten all by itself Dessert: was the banana foster butter cake. I utterly hate bananas but this cake was amazing!!! It comes paired with a butter nut ice cream that made it perfect! This is a must order!
