Wow, where do I even begin? EAT! has officially become our new favorite brunch spot! We went all out and ordered a feast, starting with their gluten-free avocado toast, which was vibrant and flavorful. The bacon, with its perfect split of jalapeño and maple, was a game-changer! To wash it all down, we enjoyed a refreshing Bloody Mary that set the tone for the meal.For the main event, we dove into the Denver scrambles, which were hearty and delicious, and we couldn't resist trying two orders of the gluten-free huckleberry French toast. Let me tell you, it absolutely lived up to the hype! Fluffy, sweet, and simply divine, it's the best French toast I've ever had--gluten-free or not!What impressed me most was the variety of gluten-free options. It's rare to find a breakfast place that truly caters to gluten-free diners, and EAT! knocked it out of the park. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a fantastic brunch experience. So glad that I tried this spot with a friend today!Eat! Food & Drink is an adorable spot tucked away in Broomfield just west of Flatirons Mall. It's a great corner location with a pretty patio and tons of parking.We chose this spot because it had wonderful vegan options for me and a huge variety for my friend who doesn't have dietary restrictions. Walking in, we were greeted by the friendliest staff who was authentically excited to have us there. The ambience is SO cute. I love how it's decorated. They have a couple really cute Instagram-able spots.Our entire experience was fantastic. Our server was just as nice as the hostess, the food came out quick and was absolutely delicious. I had the Southwest Tofu scramble and it was SO good. Fresh and had a ton of flavor. I got a ton of food and left with more for later.I'll definitely be back and will be highly recommending this spot, vegan or not!

Similarly, my friends enjoyed their burrito and eggs Benedict, but we unanimously agreed that the hash browns fell short of expectations.One aspect that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable meal was the restaurant's policy on splitting checks. We were given the option of a single bill or dividing the total evenly among our group of three, which could present challenges in certain social situations. Fortunately, dining with friends allowed us to navigate this issue, but it's worth noting for those dining in larger groups or under different circumstances.I would say a decent meal but for the price I and quality I wouldn't be dieing to return.

We drive thru a snowstorm thanksgiving weekend and we were very fortunate to get there safely. It was our good fortune that due to the weather it was half empty. As time went by every table was filled and rightfully so. We had two orders of the eggs Benedict with braised short ribs , I was told they were the bomb! My granddaughter had pancakes and bacon, I had the French toast with bacon. We received 3 free bloody Mary's for checking in on Yelp and showing the coupon. Everything was delicious , the service was great. There was also a cozy bar with a flatscreen showing all college football and the bar was very busy . It was worth the trip during the storm. Go EAT !

Walking into the restaurant this last time was one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. What went from a desirable spot to grab brunch or a cocktail became a destination for those looking for a prison style slop. The single thing I can relate to this drop in service and experience was the lack of two amazing employees. Once Hailey and Alex are back I will resume this being a regular destination of mine.

We stumbled onto this while staying at the Renaissance Hotel--it's literally just a parking lot away. What a lucky find! Even on a weekday, the place was packed--a great sign of what was to come.We kicked things off with the sweet and savory bacon sampler, which was absolutely out of this world. Every flavor was a hit!
