Dunkin'

I absolutely love this Dunkin! The staff has always been wonderful whether you are going through the drive thru or going inside. It is always clean and they make my drinks perfectly. I am always greeted with a smile and if I do a mobile order, my order is ALWAYS ready. The only dicey thing is the steep hill in the winter, but if the pavement is clear, you'll be fine.

The self-order kiosk has one of the most atrocious UI I have ever seen. I think I'm at a donut shop, right? But the first several categories are types of drinks. I understand that drinks are probably their highest profit margin, but maybe the self-order kiosk UI should present items for customers and not sorted based on profitability.So first suggestion, make DONUTS the first category on your UI. Next, I'm trying to find donuts on the damn thing, and I can't find it. I ask employees about where it is on the kiosk, and one of them tells me to cancel the kiosk and just order through her because she's finally ready to take my order (they weren't ready for a couple minutes). This brings me to my next suggestion, when dealing with customers, answer their question and then SUGGEST an alternate solution. DO NOT aggressively demand customers to do something else. I still want to know how to order a freaking donut from a donut kiosk. I saw how to order basically everything except for a simple donut.And finally, when you're busy, just say, "One moment please, I'll be right with you." Don't give off the, "I'm too busy to deal with you" vibe. They gotta work on their soft skills and their software skills.Anyway, 1 star purely based on my extremely negative experience there this morning.

I have tried to like this location because it's right next to my office but I just can't. I order simple items they can't seem to complete they send me things I don't ask for and short me things I request. I made an attempt to call and ask where refund and got the run around after I was told 2 separate stories .Save your money don't go to this Dunkin' Donuts it's horrible

I haven't had an issue with this place since I started going here! I have a bit of an annoying coffee order, but they do it right everytime and it tastes amazing! When I order donuts they are good too. Even if I pick them up in the afternoon, they taste fresh.

In the area shopping with my toddler granddaughters. Since we had been out since breakfast and needed a little afternoon pick me up, I decided we would stop in for some chocolate munchkins before heading home.This location has ice cream on one side of the store and doughnuts on the other. In the center are cups and other such DD goodies for purchase. Seating inside and outside is available.The young lady that took our order was patient as the girls decided they didn't want munchkins after all and proceeded to decide and undecide and then decide again on the donut they actually wanted. The young lady patiently bagged their donuts separately and waited as I rounded them up from grabbing everything in sight, so that I could pay. Whew!Donuts were yummy. No drinks today.

Service was fast, the donut tasted fresh and was good, my drink was good however it was only filled 70%! These drinks aren't cheap at least fill up my cup!

Save your time and just pick a completely different coffee shop. Coffee sucks and service is worse. Better off going to a 7-11. Manager doesn't act like a manager should and gives horrible service

They messed up my order, i called back and the worker got aggressive and started yelling at me, then hung up on me. i called back and she yelled even more, when i requested the manager she said she was the manager. this is very unprofessional and unnecessary.

Paid $7 for a drink and couldn't even fill my product . Would like a refund or something.

This is a quality Dunkin. I have never been inside, have only used the drive thru, but each time my order has been correct and timely. The quality of the food/drinks is above average. Also the staff at the window are always friendly.
