Dunkin'

Out of pumpkin spice!? Sigh. What is a basic girl like me going to order then in September? Besides that pretty quick service. Friendly employees. They've got a drive thru. The location is conveniently located right off smoky hill.

This DD is hit or miss. Today it was a hit and I got everything I needed in a quick amount of time. Went with two dozen donuts for a professional development session. Donuts were well selected and were warm from the oven. Anything not eaten during the meeting, the seniors certainly took care of during first period. Thanks for being speedy in the drive thru and getting my order correct :)

Drive-thru service is fast. Even though the total is displayed on the monitor, they say, "Total at window," hmmm. My order was repeated correctly back to me, unfortunately the order I received was not correct. I ordered 1 maple and 1 vanilla cream filled donut. Got the maple, the other was a glazed sour cream donut. Donut disappointment.

Service here was fast and friendly. There was a line inside when I arrived but it moved pretty quickly. The cashier greeted me with a happy smile and promptly took my order. This Dunkin location is the first time that I saw merch being sold. They had mugs, single serve coffee pods, and a pool float shaped like a cup of coffee with whip cream on top. A gift to get that total Dunkin Donuts fan. Good service all around.

I'm an out of towner and don't know where the good mom and pop donuts are so Dunkin will have to do.I like Dunkin Donuts. They are never greasy or heavy, that's the sign of a good donut. This location is good. During COVID days it's drive-up for donuts. I was greeted by a very friendly voice that let me know they were out of a lot of donuts...especially chocolate and strawberry frosted donuts. Oh well, good to know that upfront. We ordered a half dozen donuts that cost right at about $7.00. That seems to be the going rate for donuts these days. We drove up to pay and had our donuts there waiting for us. All good, and so were the donuts. Nothing super special about any of them, but they were all good, not oily or greasy. Very friendly and efficient staff.Three stars because they were out of so many donuts and it wasn't even noon yet.

Really like this location. The employees are really nice, generally service is fast and efficient, and my drink is always made correct!

All I can say is wow. I ordered their new tacos and it was a complete ripoff and they actually tasted worse than any frozen taco or burrito I have ever eaten. It was 3.25 for I kid you not 2 tablespoons of some kind of egg and no bacon which I ordered. The picture on the menu had two tacos and they gave me this tiny little 4" taco with hardly anything in it. This was a huge let down and I feel completely ripped off. Please don't order these tacos. Service was not great either and the lady said." It is what is is. I don't make the prices". Instead of offering to make it right. I asked for my money back and they said no. I just would go to another coffee shop since there are many. Thanks for listening!

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Stopped off for a bagel the other day. While I was in the bathroom I could hear the employees yelling and cussing at each other. When I went to order my bagel the lady was training someone she was explaining to him how to ask lots of questions to get the order right. He did ask and the questions and when I got my bagel the prepared the exact opposite. I took it to go so I didn't realize they completely messed up my order. I called and was told next time to let them know it was messed up and they'd put my name in the book and I'd get a free one.

Stupidly terrible service. Some may say it is a generational problem though I believe this excuse to be a load of crap. Go here if you want to be made to feel like crap for indulging in their offerings.

Today I got a vanilla crème donut... had about a teaspoon of cream in it. I was here six months ago and complained about the same thing but I was giving them a second chance, apparently nothing has changed. Won't be back, I'll go to Starbucks instead.
