I've been stalking Dubbs live music offerings to see when there'd be a group I'd like to see. Friday night they had Funken Jazz. If you like old '70s funk jams, this is a great group to see.I got there around 7:30 before the band started and parked myself at a small high top table next to the pillar which is about in the middle of this place. (I'm glad I did because once the band started the crowd quickly grew.)While the band was doing a soundcheck the bartender came over and took my drink order. She mentioned if I wanted food that there was a food truck in their parking lot where I could order Mexican food and pay for it. (I could then come back inside and the people from the food truck would bring my order to me.) I hesitated for a moment because I had a good seat for seeing the band and was afraid it would be taken if I left the place. But once she brought my drink I figured that would show that someone was sitting at that table.At the food truck I ordered chips and queso, paid and went back to my table. Shortly they brought my food.The place has a long bar to the right when you enter (at the north east corner of the building). Then there are a few high top tables to the left. Between the stage (on the south end of the room) and the high top tables is a pool table. There is another table and some video games near the south exit to the enclosed patio. The management was nice enough to close off the one pool table that was between the audience and the stage so we could enjoy the music undistracted.Once the band started playing a lot of 40, 50 and 60 somethings came to listen and dance. It was a good crowd, great music and an enjoyable time. I'd go again the next time they have a group I want to see.

This little Pub has turned up. If you have not visited in a while it is time. Saturday nights Halloween party was turned up. the Band was awesome. Everyone in the place was having a good time. Staff were on top of keeping the drinks flowing. This is for sure my Saturday hang out with all the live bands that are booked.

Miss going there when I lived few blocks from there.I go get my pinball fix and reasonably priced drinks. They did karaoke but now u sing from juke box to eliminate live DJ ... nice pub to hang ..

It's a dive, and that's the appeal I think. Whenever I show up, there seems to be karaoke and the deep/drunk conversations only strangers in a dive bar can have, which are always fascinating. They're also the first bar I've seen in years with a cigarette vending machine. That's a novelty in 2018.The bartenders surely do know how to make a strong drink, as well.

I love Dubbs Pub! Just a mile from my house, I walk in and I'm always greeted with a welcome. I have some really fun times here.I don't really understand all the negative reviews about the building and the decor. I mean, come on people, its a dive bar, what do you expect?! Anyways, Dubbs offers karaoke, pool tables, foosball and a nice back patio where you can smoke. During happy hour, Stella and Shock top are only $3. They serve the Stella out of chilled glasses, its fantastic. The service has always been great, the bartenders are really friendly and I enjoy talking to them at the bar. If you're looking for an ice cold beer after work, try out Dubbs Pub!

This is my go-to place if I feel like having a beer and shooting pool or if me and my friends want a fun night out not too far from home. The girls behind the bar always take good care of us. The beer is always cold and the service is always fast.

I came out here tonight because the person I was with had cabin fever and needed to get out of the house. I said, sure why not? I love karaoke and I love a new place where I can try out stuff to see if it sucks or not so my regular bar doesn't have to suffer. Low and behold, this place was a train wreck. First things first, a glass of Coke was $3. Serously, who do they think they are? The Fillmore? It's cheaper to drink terrible beer but I won't stoop to the bargain bin of beers unless someone buys for me and then seriously, don't waste your cash. Second, the karaoke book had a mediocre selection at best. Sure there were a few standards, but a majority of my favorites were missing. For a place that has it 4 nights a week, they need a better selection. Lastly, what was that train wreck of a woman that I saw in there? Seriously, she was wearing sweats with her butt crack hanging out, a tank top type shirt that allowed her gut to hang out and show her tattoo that may or may not have been coming from below the belt.....and I am also positive she didn't quite make it to the bathroom. It hadn't become a urine stain yet, but as soon as it dried it would. Now I must go and get that horrible vision out of my head. How much bleach do you need to wash with to get that site gone? I'm sure I'll get dragged back to this place but I'd rather get punched in the eye than suffer this train wreck again.

If you don't go there every night then you'll be way overcharged if you want to pay five dollars a beer at a local dive then go there there's at least three or four places up down Broadway. They have a way better price on drinks.

Clean bar, affordable drinks, funny ambiance ! Also tons of billiards tables, area for performances, and a music system to request songs.
