Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza less than a mile from my hotel in Greenwood Village, Colorado and was directed to the FREAKING PHILLIPINES!?!?!? Who does that!!!??!

Ordered a pizza for lunch, I had a short window to pick it up, drive back to office and eat it. When I arrived when the app said it was completed they had to remake it because they let it fall from the oven onto the floor. Unbelievable.

Love this Domino's! The staff is great, starting from the manager. Great pizza, great service--- this branch rules.

I have ordered from this Domino's for years and have been happy for the most part. I was very disappointed with the last couple of orders that were advertised as contactless delivery, where with the pizza is supposed to be left at the front door. This is the expectation set on national commercials, and the app that you order through. I had two orders over the last couple of months, and the pizza was never left at the front door. The best attempt was a delivery driver extending his arm out to hand the food to me. I did leave feedback on the app about the contactless delivery but never heard back.

Probably the worst location ever. Deep dish comes out under cooked all the time. The delivery times are typically an hour or more. When you call to notify them, you are on hold forever. Then they act like you're only trying to get something for free. The could care less about customer satisfaction. I'll go pick up from Anthony's from now on. Update my pizza was just delivered no sauce. NO SAUCE!!!!Returned the pizza for a refund and the "manager"Ian went on a rant, stating I should try Pizza Hut. I appreciate the tip Ian, I will make sure everyone I know doesn't order from this location and tries Pizza Hut

If I could give a zero I would!! Did not deliver the two salads I ordered, and failed to make one of the other items correct. Called to ask them to make it correct and deliver the salads. They proceeded to argue and give me a ton of attitude and then hang up on me!! I called back and asked for a full refund due to the rude attitude. They said they "sure" and they hung up AGAIN!! Called back to ensure the refund was going to go thru and after they affirmed, I ended the call. I have STILL not received my refund. This incident was over a month ago. This Dominos is complete and utter trash, and gives every other Domino's a bad reputation.

Ordered a pizza that never got delivered, 2 hours after we ordered it said it was delivered, but we never got it. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, they said the delivery guy got lost but never came and never got a refund. 0 out of 10 don't order from here

very bad the food takes forever to come and the employees steal money from the cash register in front of customers especially the lady with the pink hair while we were there has now stolen 5-6 times

If you like calling customer service this is a great place to order pizza from not only do you get the great tech support music while waiting for your pizza no one answers the phone. 10/10 experience if your looking for a place to simulate the cliche robotic non helpful phone line. Also there pizza is overpriced but to be honest I couldn't even get that far, with a discount for a free pizza I still don't think I could order one with their system
