Domino's Pizza

This Dominos Pizza location does a great job with speedy delivery and accuracy in the order taking process. Additional, they were kind enough to give me a coupon for a free pizza because the driver had to go back to their shop to retrieve the drink portion of our order

This place is a complete joke ! Ordered online said it would be ready . Go in and the order wasn't even started why don't you let people know this and we wouldn't have ordered ! Girl at counter is super rude and doesn't even apologize that they are inconvenience people because they don't know how to do there job correctly!

This location in Thornton is a disgrace to pizza and a disgrace to the Domino's franchise. The pizza I received after spending around 75$ then tipping 20$ was the most insulting moment of my year thus far. Not to mention all this pizza was for me and around 10 nurses. An " XL Brooklyn style pizza with premium chicken" which in reality was a small pizza dough stretched as far as humanly possible to fit the box. Four slices had one crumb of " premium" chicken while the other four were deemed unworthy of "premium" chicken crumbs rendering them paper crust cheese pizza slices. I made the mistake of assuming all locations are at least comparable when this location obviously has someone working there with plans to carry out a vendetta against all good in this cruel world.

Tonight my fiancé and I ordered Dominos for dinner and it's was pointless. Our delivery guy was an ass hole. The box was smashed, mine looks like someone took a piece out of the middle. This is the 3rd time I've gave dominos a chance and the service absolutely sucks. I've never experienced horrible service. This is the last time they get my business. The management even sucks. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

This specific store has gone down the drain in the last few months; not sure if management changed or what. According to them, this is a large pizza; last time I checked, a large is supposed to be 14 inches. Also, I ordered double philly steak, this just looks like regular steak. The other picture is from the previous time I ordered (first time I had issues with my order at this store), those were supposed to be Brooklyn style and they clearly are not. I also had the same problem with the size and double steak. We used to be regulars here (almost every week), but definitely not going back to this location.

My wings and stuffed cheesy bread seemed pretty good. As for the Buffalo chicken pizza; it was awful. Not only did they forget the chicken, but the crust was paper thin, when we had ordered handtossed. Also, the cheese was so burnt there were black spots everywhere. I took two bites and could not get any further. Very disappointing, never have I received such a bad pizza.

Placed my order at 9:13. The tracker wasn't working at all so I called to check in on my order at 10:15. The lady said they were busy and asked if we could pick it up instead. We asked if we would get our delivery fee and tip back and she said no so we decided to wait it out thinking it would be delivered soon. Another hour goes by and our food finally gets delivered. Giving this review 2 stars because the food was still good and the delivery driver stated they were short staffed. I don't think I've ever waited for pizza for 2 hours. The website didn't give me the option to file a 'pizza insurance claim' - just a survey.

This specific location never answers the phone and is incredibly rude and lazy. I've been on hold for 10 mins and was hung up on. Their attitude and effort is reflected on the quality of the food as well.

Get your orders right change management and need to have a cleaner place the place looks ran down and dirty
