Domino's Pizza

I ordered a large extra cheese and pepperoni pizza, hardly no cheese and very little pepperoni !!! I was a regular customer, I will not be back. Each time I order a special they are offering that Dominos are skimpy with the toppings!!! I will try pizza hut next time!??

Especially during these times - PLEASE be kind to your local food and delivery places! I placed an online order for delivery and did notice that the tracker had been stuck at "quality" check for much longer than expected - 40+ minutes. I called in to check on the order and I could tell that the person who picked up was expecting me to blow my lid as she defensively explained they only had 1 delivery driver that night. Once she explained that and told me that my order was now on its way, I simply said thank you and I could tell she was relieved. The single driver who arrived was extremely apologetic about how long it took for the order to come. I felt so bad as well because clearly this was not his fault - simply just a labor shortage. Was the food a bit colder? Sure. But still hit the spot. I also hit the 1/14 chance of getting a free dish which was a flatbread pepperoni pizza. Good food, kind workers, can't wait to order again :)

I ordered for the last time a couple weeks ago (July 16). Pretty simple...medium, three topping, nothing special. When I came to pick it up, I (and the dozen or so other people stuck in the waiting area) witnessed an absolute meltdown, complete with an employee argument and multiple people quitting and walking out, one in tears. At one point the woman who was trying to figure things out asked the other clearly frustrated employees "who is in charge? What are we doing?"At that point I left without the order I already paid for and went somewhere else. (*About 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time) There's no way anything coming out of that kitchen was going to be worth eating that night.

I don't get why the bad reviews, it's like people only review when they're upset. we've ordered from here many times and it's always good

This location literally tried to steal from us. We placed an online order tonight - we were charged - and began tracking our order. It reached the stage that it was out for delivery. About 5 minutes after that, I received a call from a local 303-number."Hi this is Dominos, what's your address?"*Give my address*"That is outside of our delivery area. Sorry" *Click*He just hung up on me.We tried to call the store and we were on hold for over 10 minutes before giving up. We called back the 303-number that called me and they didn't answer, either.We will just dispute with our credit card company - but please save yourself the hassle and don't go to this location - or they'll probably end up getting a free pizza from you (and tip) for free.

Absolutely the worst. 3 times ordered from here. 2 times marked as delivered on the app and never delivered, once delivered completely unbooked. The customer service is awful, no way to speak to anyone about improvements because it's a franchise. Awful, just find somewhere else to order pizza

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Waited about an hour and a half and the driver shows up (looked drunk) with the wrong order. I let the driver know the order is wrong he only had 1 pizza and was missing the wings and other pizza. He started mumbling words and got on the phone. I asked for my recipe to explain what I ordered he then proceeded to take the pizza out on the porch ( it's 8 degrees in Denver tonight) and talks to the person on the phone and says it's the wrong order. He stood here for about 15 minutes before I told him to leave I would go pick up the order at the store. Well I show d up to the store and there's about 8-9 people working and not one of them is a manager to address what was wrong with my order or what has happened. I asked if they could remake or even make up for the mistake even asked for a refund. The guy at the counter said no one there is allowed to refund anything and there is no manager available until tomorrow and even then the money wouldn't get refunded for another week. This place is just terrible and the customer service is horrible I will never order from this place again.

We ordered from dominos the other night and will never do it again. I was charged $7 for delivery which did not include the tip. Worst tasting pizza I have had in a very long time. Seriously? A $7 delivery charge why it was said and done the cost for a 14 inch terrible tasting pizza was $32 dollars!

What can i say i - it's pizza.. BUT the pizza was missing the mushrooms it was supposed to have - the lady was sweet and offered to cook some - but after waiting 4-5 minutes, i walked up to the counter to find out how long it would take..the guy just kept cutting pizzas and wouldn't come to the counter so i leftUneven spread of toppings..not piping hot...i saw they don't put the pizzas in delivery bags to keep them hot, like we used to do at pizza hut..which probably explains why they are lukewarm..All in all, decent looking and tasting pizza...if it had come piping hot with the mushrooms i was supposed to get the first time, it could have been 5 stars..

I ordered on the app and it was sent to the wrong store. Since I already paid they remade my complete order free of charge just so I didn't have to drive to the different store. They were very kind and helpful! Excellent customer service!
