Domino's Pizza

Things have gotten much better recently. Good work. I used to order 2-3 times a week but stopped after some less than perfect pies. Past few orders have been hot and well made. Not to mention quick deliveries. Thanks!

The payment didnt go through due to a glitch in the app, so in the middle of my dinner i get a call from the personal phone of our driver saying it was unpaid. the store was closed. i was worried this was a scam so i tried to contact support or call the store, but it was closed. i kept getting calls from "spam risk" or other personal numbers, and when i finally picked up i was about to give my credit card info but i was super sketched out. they showed up at my door and knocked insanely hard and demanded i pay then and there over the phone. this whole thing was unprofessional and borderline traumatic. a glitch in the app put me in what felt like an unsafe situation. food was good though.

Ordered 14 pizzas for my daughter's birthday and they did great! All hot, delicious, and ready on time. Thanks for being dependable and consistent!

It's okay, wish more food quantity. The delivery service is very great sometimes depends on the deliverers.

Worse dominoes and customer service ever I called in today to order a pizza and a lady name Lisa answered the phone. she obviously didn't want to do any work from the beginning when I asked to place the order and she told me to do it online then I told her I would like to do it with her. she then hung up on me In mid conversation I called back she answered like she didn't hang up on me so. I said you just hung up on me she she admitted to hanging up on me continuing to order online. I then said that I'll be contacting your manager she responded "that's fine I'm the GM of this location" I said if that's the case I feel bad because you have terrible customer service by hanging up on people then she hangs up again. I won't be eating at dominos anymore i don't know what they do to their food with this woman working there. I'll eat at any of the 10 pizza places near my house.

got the wrong toppings, wrong size pizza, and when we tried to fix it by calling nobody answered the phone or picked up and then set the phone down and didn't even place us on hold. My husband and I are deathly allergic to mushrooms so we were very disappointed and disgusted by the monstrosity and response from this Dominos, papa Murphy across the street is half the price, half the time, and infinitely better customer service. even if you're dead set on dominos, don't select this location by all means necessary. 0/10 dominos would never recommend. how do you scam people out of 4.5 billion dollars a year?

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery, confirmed the order was for us, but received a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza. As my wife and I are both very allergic to mushrooms we could not have this. Saw online all we would be offered was a 20% off coupon, which clearly is unacceptable for an almost $40 order we could not eat. Called to get the problem fixed but instead of putting us on hold just answered and sat the phone down and walked away for over 5 minutes before I gave up. Drove all the way there and finally haggled the manager for a refund. I had to walk back in a second time just to ask for an "I'm sorry" from the manager!!

My son asked "what does quality control mean," when seeing it on the app, and I said theyre allegedly looking over the pizza to make sure it was done correctly but it's bulls**t. Then I got two pizzas uncut. They don't check anything. Bunch of burnouts making the easiest food on the planet seem hard.

Delivery was fast but our pizza came raw there was still dough. We also ordered our pizza with extra sauce and it came with hardly any.

If you think you're talking to a call center, hang up until you get the store. Tried to do the $20 perfect combo and then tried to use cash and they stated "they can't do anything over $20 in cash" over the phone. Ended up doing 2 medium pizzas for $15 bc the call center and the store don't match as far as policy is concerned. Watched them take $40 in cash when I picked up my pizza. Dominios call centers blow harder than a pile of leaves staring down the barrel of a 50 year old mans leaf blower in October.
