Dominos Pizza

The customer service was awesome and they are sooo kind! The manger on duty was Brandi and she was so nice and helpful tonight! Shout out to ian and Brandi' what a wayyy to gooo!! Thank you!

Avoid this Domino's Pizza as they screw up orders! Discussing their error with the manager Bobby is a waste of oxygen. They simply don't care about customer service!!!!

This is by FAR the worst Domino's in Aurora. The manager Bobby was horribly rude, refused to give me a refund after waiting for my pizza for OVER an hour. Also while I was waiting in the lobby there was a small child running around in the kitchen!! The girl who was cutting the pizzas came out of the bathroom looking super high. Tripping on herself and yelling for the child to go back to the office. And when I left and went to get into my car she was outside slumped over like she was passed out! I will NEVER ever come here again.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!

Thank you thank you to the crew at this location. I ordered two pizzas for my neighbor and her family.I was visiting before they made the delivery. They delivered two hot, fresh pizzas and they gifted my friends a brownie and a pasta.These guys went out of their way to help make the gift much more special. Thank you!!!

Ordered here dozens of times EVERY time they mess up the order! We finally stopped giving them more chances to do their job right. They're completely incompetent, especially the management. Making pizza is not rocket science people!!When they get the food made correctly, it's actually delicious, which is why we have given them so many chances.Last time we ordered from them was only because we were having friends over, and it had been several months since we ordered here, so we thought maybe they got their act together. BOY WERE WE SO WRONG!It took them delivering four different pizzas, over a couple hours time, to get one large hand tossed extravaganza with no cheese made correctly! The 1st had NO SAUCE and no cheese, the 2nd had NO TOPPINGS (it was just a crust with sauce on it), the 3rd had cheese, the 4th was finally correct. We had to speak to the manager twice, and he promised to give a refund and an additional credit to the account for next time we order. It's been almost a week, and we have still not seen a refund back to our account.

Gave us a nasty pizza that seemed to be sitting out for a while and was cold. Was having major pregnancy cravings but won't be eating this.... Yuck!

My son and I are on a quest to find the best pizza in town. Dominoes is not that pizza. It was very meh. My biggest frustration was that when we got in the store to pick up our order, two of the items were finished but they had to remake the pizza because it fell on the floor. Ummm what? So to make a long story short we ended up putting the two items that were ready under a heat lamp while they cook the pizza which took you know 10 minutes or whatever. Finally got home - pizza was hot, the rest of the stuff was warm. Needless to say, I won't be going to Dominos again.

Do not order delivery from here unless you want your order fucked up. They forget or bring incorrect drinks, even after specially being asked to double check the order. They have haphazardly left my food boxes hanging off the edge of table right by my door and I've come outside multiple times to see my food fallen over outside the box on the concrete. If you ask for contactless delivery they will never knock or ring the doorbell to alert that the food is being dropped off. I live right around the corner from this location so it's not like I am forcing them to drive 30+ minutes or carry a ridiculous amount of food items as I am usually ordering for 2 people max. I work in the service industry and I tip well because of it but these fucking clowns don't deserve a dime and I just get pissed every time I do leave a tip in advanced. Either go and pick your food up or eat somewhere else. Made a yelp account just to leave this one post they have fucked up my delivery so many times. Back to back orders most recently, at least these idiots have to keep giving me free pizza from the delivery insurance.

Domino's - you are broken. You've dropped the ball with me. Firstly, you offered me a medium pizza last week because I had trouble with my recent order. I tried to claim the offer and waited for three hours but the delivery never came. I submitted an email with details and I never got a response. I repeated my inquiry and I got a canned message the next with an image that promised a free medium pizza "60 pt piece of the pie". When I tried to claim it I nothing happens. My profile only shows 10 points and that I recently received a free pizza. It's been over a week of Simply trying to get pizza from Domino's and you have thoroughly convinced me that it's time to delete the dominos app, direct all dominos email to the spam folder, publish this email on Yelp and order from anywhere else.

Threw me out of the store for not wearing a face covering when the signs on the door CLEARLY say it's not required. To top it off the manager called me an asshole and HUNG UP on me.
