I called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to deliver my cupcakes a few hours later. I even received a text when my cupcakes were on the way. Customer service was great. I ordered red velvet cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes. I could tell that both cupcakes had recently been baked as the cake was warm in the middle. They used butter cream icing and it was really thick. Needed more cake for the amount of icing. I would also recommend using a different container for the cupcakes. It was hard to get them out with the holders being shallow. Maybe something that sits up higher. I'd purchase again.

Don't waste your money. I had a baby shower in April and specifically asked for sage green cupcakes. After receiving them and opening the box I was very disappointed. I sent a message and picture to the shop and they said that they should have asked me which shade of sage green and sent me a color pallet of all the sage green colors. This yellowish green color was none of the colors on the pallet and I told her that. They offered me a discount on my next order...I requested a discounted refund for this order and I was ghosted.

This place is AWESOME! Ordered 300 assorted buttercream fcupcakes to celebrate Mother's Day for our employees at Frito Lay Denver and they came out absolutely beautiful and delicious! We will continue to order from Divinity:)Since our first order we recently got Father's Day cupcakes and PRIDE cookies! The baked goods and service are always on point!

Birthday Vacation in Denver wouldn't be complete with out the best cake!! Robert was so amazing!! Excellent customer service and delivered this delicious Red Velvet right to our backyard literally! Timing was perfect and the cake so yummy. Thank You tons!!!

So I booked this bakery site in seen! I called them about 4 days before the order was needed. I called them 5 mins before they closed and they helped me like they just opened! They were very responsive via phone and text! Our Original delivery location was canceled and when I notified them they accommodated me! This is all before we got the order , the key lime pie was enjoyed by the birthday lady, then on her birthday we had the marble buttercream cake! If I come back to Denver we will most definitely order from them again. Great service and food.

Always order from here anytime I want a cake or cupcakes. They are always so friendly and prompt. The cakes and cupcakes are delicious.

Highly highly recommend! Cake was absolutely delicious. We have leftovers and four days later it still taste absolutely amazing! Delivery was punctual and super convenient! Will definitely be recommending and using again.

What a great experience! I called Divinity Sweet Shop, on short notice, and asked for a special cake. The Autumn Spice Cake for my wife's favorite holiday. Communication was great, delivery came at the perfect time, and...the cake was just awesome. My wife loved it. Such a great cake. A friend sent us a dozen cupcakes from DSS last month and they were absolutely delicious. Naturally, this was the first place I thought of for a birthday cake and we were equally impressed! The cake was delivered to our door, exactly on time and in perfect condition. I chose coconut with lemon icing; the cake was very moist, the icing was delightful and it was decorated with toasted coconut around the outside.Please support this locally-owned small business. The owner will remind you just how much he appreciates your business!

They had made me a cake impromptu and it was very good. There happened to be a minor issue but they refunded my money. It was delivered promptly as well. I would go back.
