Dickey's falls into the "bargain BBQ" bucket. It is a quick serve chain restaurant that has good food at reasonable prices, but isn't going to blow you away. The interior of this particular Dickey's is clean and spacious, and every time I have been to this location it has been pretty quiet. The counter staff is friendly but you have very little interaction with them as you move through the cafeteria style ordering system. All of the food is measured by weight so portions are small but the cost is reasonable. The food itself is good and can satisfy your itch for BBQ but is very clearly a chain restaurant. TL:DR - Decent BBQ, decent price. Everything here is just okay.

I had my Thanksgiving catered by the Centennial location and the staff here was amazing and professional and efficientfrom taking my order to when we went to pick it up on Thanksgiving Day. They communicated well with me and returned calls quickly. My entire family loved the food and we had enough left over for people to take home . I will be having this location catered all my future events.

Easily the worst BBQ I have ever had. Food looked old. The staff were super nice though. But the entire place was a mess. The BBQ was dry and poorly done. We tried a quarter pound of each meat and didn't make it past a bite of each. We absolutely won't be back.

$17 for a two meat plate... they taped over the menu prices with black duck tape so they can set their own prices. Bread ("Texas Toast") wasn't buttered and the already small side containers were barely over half full. Y'all... as a Texas gal I was truly disappointed and felt like it was a waste of money.

The service was good, the people are nice. But the food was terrible. Lol, the the okra was over fried and dark. I got the end of the ribs and it was dry and inedible. I'm sorry to complain but it wasn't yummy. In fact it was cold by the time I got my drink sauce and sat down....I don't think I'll be back :(

Ordered a 3 Meat Plate on Doordash. Driver was got us the food quickly and the meat was cold, the Texas toast was not Texas toast but rather a regular slice of bread that wasn't even toasted with a small amount of butter. The site states "Pork Ribs" with a 's' so I expected more that just one rib in the small box I received. I expected the same quality of food that the Castle Rock location delivered (5/5 for the Castle Rock location by the way) but this was the worst experience at a Dickey's. Will not order again or suggest anyone I know to order from this location. The only positive is that the BBQ beans were still hot and can't mess up a pre-package bag of chips.
