Very bland and expensive tacos. Pricing for a street taco was $5 or $6 but barely had any meat or flavor. You don't get a lot for your money and probably could have had better if you made it at home. I hope they can turn it around. Chicken on the chicken nachos were flavorful however.

Wedding debacle of 2023. They showed up late, their truck wasn't working so unable to cook food , had to send them to go get a grill. Hours later we got to eat close to 9 pm. Whoever runs the business is at fault.

We finally got to try Denver Taco Truck after tracking it down for months!! Between the business being booked for private events and/or the truck relocating to another site that's far from us, the stars finally aligned one Saturday afternoon at Mockery Brewing. We purchased 5 tacos (shrimp, BLT, teriyaki chicken, cheese steak, and gringo) and chicken nacho fries... so delicious. Each taco had generous fillings, meat was tender and savory, and seasoning were perfect. Fries were packed with flavor. I'm practically drooling thinking about the taste. Guys in the truck we're also nice and friendly! The food came out quick, and we were able to bring the food into the brewery! Beer and tacos? Yes please!

Would give negative stars if I could. We hired Denver Taco Truck to cater our wedding and nothing went according to plan. We were supposed to get 3 appetizers during a cocktail hour that would start at 4:30. Then the bride and groom (me and my now husband) were to have a private dinner at 5 so that we could use the time it would take to serve the guests to mingle with them while they waited in line. The guests dinner was supposed to start at 5:30 and then there was supposed to be churros and ice cream for dessert. The truck didn't arrive until after 4:30 PM and then it didn't even work so food was not served (off of a grill they had to go purchase) until 8 PM (with several guests not getting food until after 9 pm). Several of our guests overheard the employees expressed frustrations of the owner, sending a food truck that they knew had been having issues up to our Wedding. Instead of helping his employees problem solve, the owner Joe made them all cry. We were lucky to get the three taco dinner and a side of mac & cheese. No churros and ice cream and there is still questions on if there were appetizers. If the truck had at least arrived on time, the dinner could have been salvaged to be served at a respectable time. At the end of the night the employees were in tears and told both our coordinator, multiple people in the bridal party, as well as the bride and groom that we would not have to pay for a thing. The biggest problem, however came when it came time to try and get any reimbursement for this fiasco. I get that things happen, but instead of making the situation right the owner, Joe refused to speak with the bride and groom (even after we stated that we welcomed a conversation several times) and instead only spoke with our parents. Then, when offering a compensation, he quoted us the wrong invoice and didn't reimburse us in full for the churros and ice cream, the lack of busing service, and the lack of appetizers. Beware if hiring them for a wedding. If you do go with them, make sure you revise the contract to protect you if things don't go according to plan.

This is the second time this truck has come to my apartment complex. The first time they were 30 minutes late, the food took another 20 minutes to come out, and the shrimp and beef tacos were so salty they were inedible and not to mention cold. I should have remembered that when they showed up today and saved my money. I ordered online and was quoted 15 minutes. When I showed up at the scheduled time - after receiving a text reminder- the guy manning the truck told me he hadn't started it because he got busy. Okay, annoying but it happens. I asked if I should come back or wait and I actually haven't experienced someone so rude in a customer service position since moving to Colorado from the east coast. Guy definitely needs to work on his basic manners or just head east. Reading some of the other reviews I see I'm not the only person to encounter this charming gentlemen. And the nail in the coffin is the food once again sucked - tacos were cold and the guacamole was watery and served with chips that looked like they'd been stepped on. I'll remember to take a hard pass next time they come around.

The tacos were not as described and so tasteless. Meat was over cooked and dry and the tacos didn't have any sauce or the fancy toppings they describe. Guy was super rude and noticeably angry when we went back to get a refund cause we couldn't even eat them. Sad sad taco truck experience

The Denver Taco Truck was in our community today, Sierra Ridge Parker Co. The guy running the truck today (7/25) was rude, unprofessional and treated people color extremely rude compared the whites. When people of color including ourselves came to the window he would do everything else but take our order. Then when he finally comes to the window, he's rude as if we were suppose to know about his truck. Never heard of them! It was extremely windy and he served "everyone" with open containers while he is sweating over the food and wind is blowing particles in the food. He didn't cover the food with foil, put it in a bag or anything. Very unsanitary! We left without ordering because of his bad attitude. I will report this to the HOA in hopes they are not invited to our neighborhood again!
