I love the Milk Market! We just recently discovered this spot a couple months ago and have been multiple times over the last few weeks. The Huckleberry Roasters is a great spot to grab a coffee and then hang out in the hotel lobby chairs. Grab a pastry from LoDough, or one of the other food counters throughout the market (but really, LoDough). Then head around the corner to Free Market for some shopping! I've been here for a relaxing morning, and I've also been here with my toddlers. For kids (or adults) there is air hockey and some other fun games. I haven't figured out how to work the ski ball machines, but I hope to one day.I've also been in the evening for dinner and drinks. There are so many drink options! We chose the whisky bar and had great drinks (mine non-alcoholic, and still great). I hope to return to try Bruto and the prohibition bar downstairs one day!Enjoy exploring, I hope you love it!

Broad selection but i felt the food is a bit overrated. We ate at the butcher and deli. Sandwiches were mediocre and the steak was disappointing. Loved the brussel sprouts though. Food - 3/5Service - 3/5Ambience - 4/5

I spent a few days in Denver and decided to check out the Milk Market to see what it had to offer. I ended up stopping by a few times--it's such a dope spot! It's an overall great space with plenty of food options and tons of seating, whether you're looking to work, take a meeting, grab a meal, or just relax. This review is specifically for Ghost Tortilla. Here's the breakdown:EnvironmentThe Milk Market feels like a modern food hall with a great variety of dining options. The space is laid out in a circle, with different vendors all around. There's seating everywhere, surrounded by big, wide-open windows that let in a ton of natural light during the day which adds to the relaxing ambiance. While the number of options might seem limited at first, I actually had a hard time choosing because everything looked so good! The environment was relaxing, welcoming, and just a great place to spend time.ServiceThe service here is straightforward: you pick what you want to eat, place your order at the counter, and grab a seat anywhere in the market. At Ghost Tortilla, the service was solid. There was only one person working, but it wasn't busy, so my food came out pretty quickly. I could see things taking longer if it got crowded, but overall, I had no complaints--service was great!FoodThe food was absolutely amazing--and there was a lot of it! I got the chicken quesadillas and the carnitas nachos, and both were fantastic. The quesadillas were juicy, flavorful, and super filling on their own. As for the nachos? They were piled high on a tin pan, loaded with flavor, and honestly enough for a full meal by themselves. Everything was delicious, and I'd happily order both of these again (and try other items on the menu too!).OverallGhost Tortilla offers great food in an cool space. If I find myself back in Denver, I'll definitely return--not just to Ghost Tortilla but to explore more of what the Milk Market has to offer.

We celebrated a birthday at Drag Bingo (Milk Market). The drag bingo experience is always so fun and the drag queens are always so fun. We had unlimited mimosas at the Moo Lounge which were very good. The waiters at the Moo lounge are also very quick and cordial. There are so many different food options around the milk market which allows everyone in the party to enjoy what they desire to eat. The only knock I had was that some of the food from the places wasn't the best. We had to send back the pancakes because they weren't done. But besides that, great experience!

What a great market with nice offerings and good prices! The facilities are great, with plenty of space, several seating options, and clean restrooms.I spent a weekend in Denver and was staying near three Milk Market, so I stopped in a few times. The matchas from the coffee shop were great! And very reasonably priced compared to elsewhere in the city. I tried both the hot and iced on different days and preferred the flavor of the iced, but that is typically my preference anyway.I also got a delicious chicken sandwich from the southern comfort food station. I ordered the medium spice and for me, it was quite spicy, but still enjoyable. The pickles and coleslaw helped balance it out. If I go back, I'd definitely order it mild/no spice.

A fair number of food options with quick service as well as a great bar with some tasty rotating cocktails! I always like getting the pizza and having a cocktail while I wait.

Leaving this review for Bos Butcher and Deli inside the Milk Market. I couldn't find the business on Yelp but we went there tonight and had a good experience. Food was really tasty, service was fast and efficient. We had the Reuben and a burger and both were absolutely SOLID. Will be back!

Tourist here! I went to Lou's for brunch and it was lovely. I ordered the waffle with berries and bacon. It was delicious. There's a pastry place across from it and a specialty coffee shop just down the hall. There were a handful of lunch options too (I definitely recall pizza, Asian). It's definitely worth a visit.
