Landed in Denver an hour ago and the only thing on my mind was a good hearty breakfast. The Denver Biscuit Co. caught my eye amongst the plethora of breakfast eats and diners. The establishment is hip, lively and also welcoming. The staff and service were simply wonderful. The food was delicious! I'm not typically a biscuit connoisseur but with a name like Denver Biscuit Co. you have to try the biscuits and boy were they good!

Nickel and dime customers with deceptive bait and switch practices. That is the impression I walk away with. The food itself was fine, but easily not worth the price. They put a $1 swipe fee on the bill and assume you will pay with credit card. They tell you that if you pay with cash, then they take off that fee. This fee is not advertised anywhere. They should just bake that into food cost, or at least be upfront about the fee. Also, credit card swipes rarely cost exactly $1. So what do they really do with that money? The proper thing to do would be to bake the cost into pricing, and then offer a discount for those who pay with cash. But they are probably too embarassed to bake it into pricing because prices are already too high. Want plain drip black coffee? That will be $4.50. Also set a minimum amount for being able to use credit card. I know this because I used to run a business where about half of the customers paid with credit card.Ok, let's actually talk about service and food. Service was unnecessarily slow. It was a good pace, if the restaurant were packed, but the restaurant was not packed. They sat us by the bar, and I just watched the servers talking and laughing and messing around while we were waiting to place an order. I had to flag down our server twice. As far as food goes, the hash browns looked like they came out of a frozen pack from Walmart and they were way over salted. The biscuits were too sweet. The syrup was that thick, fake, gooey stuff. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Bacon was nice, and fried chicken was alright. Sausage gravy was unique, in a good way, but only okay in raw deliciousness.Food: 3.5 starsService: 3 starsValue: 2 starsOverall would have been 3 stars, but knocking down to 2 stars for unethical practices on approach to credit card fees.

I would just stick to the biscuits here. The sandwich was really good. I would not recommend the cinnamon roll unless you like your cinnamon rolls saturated in butter. Otherwise cool atmosphere and decent enough service. I am sure there is a better breakfast place around. Update: they did take the cinnamon roll off the ticket. Very much appreciated.

Great place with a good selection of not only biscuit sandwiches but also a Lights Out hamburger, pizza, and biscuit-related dishes such as shrimp and grips, biscuit french toast, and biscuit pot pie. Especially yummy to share for the table are the cinnamon roll and strawberry shortcake biscuit. We shared the cinnamon roll when we went there today and it was good but very sugary. Service is great and self-service coffee allows to make sure your cup is not empty. Highly recommended.

OMG, what an incredible biscuit. Denver Biscuit ( part of the Atomic Cowboy family) is off the charts. This was our first time, and Rees walked us through the menu. I wish it were later in the day because they have a ton of good bourbon. I digress, back to the Franklin (spicey) and, of course, an over-easy egg. YUM. We shared this and also had the cheese grits ( fantastic) with the homemade pickles. Rees was excellent, and we might break the cardinal rule and return tomorrow. ( The rule is don't duplicate restaurants);)

I have dined at multiple of the DBC locations and have yet to be dissatisfied. They offer a wide selection of breakfast sandwiches all built around a delicious biscuit. I appreciate that they have good vegetarian options and you can make nearly any of their dishes vegetarian friendly. I always get the Lola and my partner loves the grits. For some reason I also find the self serve coffee bar endearing and I enjoy picking out my mug to use. The service has been friendly in my experience and the staff is well trained!

Heidi at the bar was super energetic for a busy Sunday rush and helped me right away. I ordered biscuits and gravy to go, she directed me to a shady area where I can hang out and wait until my order is ready. She also offered complementary hot coffee paired with Monan syrup super good! I will definitely be back

Denver Biscuit Company in Centennial exceeded our expectations always great food and service. We were promptly greeted and seated, and the staff was attentive throughout our meal.I opted for the Korean sandwich, which was a delightful blend of savory and slightly spicy (but pretty tame) flavors. The biscuit itself was perfectly. The combination of flavors was unique and satisfying, making it a standout choice on the menu.. I'd recommend it over their Nashville hot (not hot enough )My son chose the cheeseburger, and he was pretty happy with his selection. The burger was juicy and well-seasoned, topped with melted cheese..We also saw a humongous pizza that left us thinking we need to try it Overall, our experience at Denver Biscuit Company was delightful. The quality of the food, the cozy ambiance, and the excellent service made it a memorable dining experience. Whether you're in the mood for a unique biscuit sandwich like the Korean or a classic cheeseburger, this place delivers both in taste and service. Highly recommended for a satisfying and enjoyable meal!

Wow! That's a Huge Biscuit! The biscuit French Toast was great, but huge and didn't really have the custard throughout. It was a biscuit sliced in half. With butter and syrup and whipped cream! Delicious and thick bacon cooked perfectly! Only complaint is the outside patio was baking on a hot afternoon! Not their fault!

First time at this location and it was great! I put my name on the waitlist and got there at expected time- so no wait. I had my usual Franklin biscuit sandwich and then split a cinnamon roll with the table. Delicious per usual. They were able to accommodate a high chair for the toddler as well as a coloring kit !
