So, I preface by saying that I have several poor incidents at a different location where they gave my eat in order away to someone going through drive thru, missing delivered items and improperly prepared items. Since then, I try to order at this location because they are very accurate and are polite. I almost never eat in but, when I do, there are no oops with my meal. And for pickup and delivery, I can count on receiving what ordered, how I ordered it. I am from SoCal and I was a fan of Naugles, which Del Taco bought out (although it is resurrecting since the name and original meal was not registered to protect it) and Del Taco honors the Naugles folklore by including many of the items on the menu. Anyway, props to this location! We just got another delivery and everything was as ordered.

Very rude. First the lobby was closed, so they get to chose when they want to close stuff down whenever they want. So when I was trying to pay for my husbands order (he was in a vehicle in front of me) they literally couldn't understand what I was telling them. After I had to draw a picture of what i wanted to do (I pay for my husband and kids plus my order together since they closed the lobby), they thought I was yelling at them when I was trying to talk to them over the sound of my husbands truck (and the dang thing is loud too) when I got to the window, one of the girls slammed the window shut and walked away. Ya, I already knew where this was going. Tried to pay for the order but my husband paid after I told the order taker I was going to pay. Only good thing I could say is the taco was hot. That's about it. My girls rollers I guess they said it was spicy, and they never had spicy. So, either got the wrong once's or it was made out of spite. Not sure with that. But I'll just stick with my local location for now on/ probably one of my worse experiences with this franchise ever.

Stopped to try the new Beyond Meat tacos. Long drive thru line but it moved fairly quick. Tacos were pretty good but I doubt I'd buy again, especially at $2.29 price point. 'Meat' was heavily seasoned and mushy; rest of taco was good and topped with lots of cheese.

IDK why people feel the need to complain so much about fast food place and employees.... it's cheap, fast and easily accessible food. Plus- these employees are working their butts off for $12 an hour. Personally, I have always had a GREAT experience here. Especially every-time Juan is working... my boyfriend and I love seeing him when we run through the drive thru:) he so upbeat and pleasant!

Man! Whoever works the night shift double their pay! The guy behind the speaker is an awesome attraction; he's crazy friendly and super positive! I've been going for awhile now and we deliberately drive an additional 5 minutes further then another just to know we're about to be in for a great dinner. My girlfriend is vegan; her mother is vegetarian and I'm one picky bastard! Our crazy annoying orders are always received with positivity and kindness and the order has yet to EVER be wrong. Let me be very clear; my girlfriend is vegan, we deal with people hearing the order and becoming judge mental nearly every meal. I'm super picky; it's annoying I know, trust me I live with it. So we've had our fair share of screwed up orders and we have NEVER had to repeat or return!!Insanity.I'm grateful there's a place a vegan and meat eating couple can share a meal and neither compromise; but this is beyond del taco now... this is about how even more rad the experience is knowing we don't have any hurdles or emotions attached just to placing and receiving an order!He's awesome; if you go; you'll know.

Yo seriously this Del taco can get the middle finger. Got off of work early Friday m bartending. Decided I wanted to hit the drive through. Got there at 2am. It's open until 3. I literally sat there for 20 minutes while the 2 workers inside sat and stared at me. Nobody said hey we are closed...nothing. I called twice and nobody even picked up the phone. I finally pulled around and knocked at the window. Girl says um we are closed. Really? You could not have said a damn word when I was sitting at the drive through for 20 minutes and I called and y'all were staring at me? The internet days you're open until 3 am and when there are 3 other cars behind me at 2am there is a reason for y'all to stay open and make money. Not leave us al hanging so you can go home. I garuntee all the cars on the drive thru wanted to go home too. We just wanted to get some food in out belly's first. Closing down an hour early is BS...Lame. I'm writing this at 233 am when y'all should still be open. I

First time and last time . I ordered the number 10 ( I believe the biggest burrito combo) and it's like the just blended every ingredient inside and stuffed it into a tortilla. It was mushy and couldn't pick out the different ingredients . I wouldn't feed this to my dog . The worst part is their hot sauce isn't even good :( what a waste of 10$
