I typically love Del taco. Not this one. Went through the drive-through on Sunday and the order was wrong, no big deal. Did the online contact us and a manager called me back. He offered to replace my order and send a $10 gift certificate. Fair enough. I go in there to redeem a fresh new try at what was originally ordered and was met with rude comments by two female workers. When I asked one of the workers why she helped somebody who had just walked into the store, she told me " you can wait" that was rude and I did not appreciate it so I told her "do not talk to me like that" and that's when second stepped in was extra rude. I could not believe how fast that escalated.

You have to give credit where credit is due and for Del Taco, that still sells items on a dollar menu, especially in this high inflation time, thats pretty good. My soft tacos were fresh, hot and surprisingly quite tasty. The service was fast and friendly and the interior of the location was litter free and relatively clean. Not bad, not bad at all.

Grew up on Del Taco, always loved the classic chicken burrito. Use to get 2 for $5 Now it's more like 2 for $10 and they're are so small it's a joke! What you get is worth maybe $.99 Very disappointed

I used to love Del Taco, but there food has gotten really bad and not worth the money. There new carnitas are horrible. Hardly any meat all bean, don't recommend. With real Mexican food restaurants and food trucks in the neighborhood it's not worth going to Del Taco. Everything we ordered was down sized and not with the money. The quality of the food is awful. I only gave them a 1 star because I had to mark it to proceed. On a good note the workers there were very nice. Please go to Mom and Pop restaurants and the heck with corporate owned restaurants. Support local businesses

Let's face it, Del Taco isn't fine dining and this location is open for dine in which gave it high marks but the tables were not clean which gave it low marks in my book. The drive through was busy so perhaps that's why the staff didn't have time to bus the tables but I saw plenty of cleaning supplies inside. Social distances tables and if you want a drink refill, you have to ask the servers so that's good. He got a burrito and taco combo meal - the #9 which is a del taco and a del beef burrito with drink and fries. And I ordered my usual fish tacos meal in small size as I'm trying to not forget myself on carbs and soda. The pico is made fresh or so says the sign in the store so I tried to savor it and it was quite good. Too much cabbage but all in all a decent fast food lunch. The servers wear masks and gloves and the restaurant was only us and one other couple so I felt quite safe.

Surprisingly good for what it is. We drove through late at night after flying in to Denver and assumed it would be much like Taco Bell. How I've gotten along in my almost 42 years of life and never have visited a Del Taco, not sure.We were pleasantly surprised. The food tasted fresh and the taco, just the basic one, was delicious. It's not gourmet food and I didn't expect it to be. A few weeks later I came back through the drive though on a random Tuesday in a blizzard and was told that it was taco Tuesday! Jackpot. It was buy two get one free of their basic taco so I ordered a bunch for the family and everyone was happy. I've also found the service to be very pleasant here and I'm greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. I can't compare to other locations but I've has had several great experiences here.

Ivan is a crew member who is very rude and told me to go flush the toilet and then said I am gross.I frequent this Del Taco many times and was never treated so poorly. Won't be back he will likely spit in my food.

Just went to Del Taco on Broadway and Belleview. Stood at the order counter for close to 15 minutes, ABSOLUTELY NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT that we were even there!!!!!!!!! Evidently too busy with the drive up to attend to walk in customers....... WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!
