The chicken soft taco. The secret white sauce. There is nothing I crave more every single day of my life. Now living in the South, I don't have the pleasure of enjoying Del Taco on a regular basis. After going to 3 Del Tacos, this location by far was the quickest, cleanest, & their portions were fantastic! Some locations skimp you on chicken. My chicken soft tacos here were full of flavor, chicken, and love. The drive thru moved a little slower than the others, but the good result was well worth it. Service with a smile all the way here!Thanks Del Taco!!

I dont expect much from fast food places but this place has hit a new low. Not only was the employee at the front counter rude and unfriendly, he sighed and rolled his eyes when I had a question about ordering from the app. I placed my order, received my food and sat down, I return to the counter and asked for a cup of water, again he rudely exclaimed that water is not free and that I would have to pay for it. as I gave him a shocked look he handed me a cup and said "next time remember that!" Well, mister rude employee, there wont BE a next time.

Who said Del Taco is better than Taco Bell? At least the latter provides warm food! The cheese in my sandwich wasn't even melted. And my taco tasted ok but the foil packet made it look like trash. Fries had that frozen taste to it. I won't be back again.

The food was good. But the sauce conundrum.... My general rule for Del Taco or Taco Bell etc is to go into the location instead of the drive through so I can grab gobs of sauce. I do not like them having the sauce behind the counter and having to have them dole it out to me. Poor form!

Del Taco #1109 in Lakewood CO Horrible..Had to wait 40 minutes in 95 degree sun after drive thru order...They got order wrong plus overcharged me $14.81 on $4.18 cost for 3 Del Tacos.

They never recovered from covid. This is what I get for genuinely patiently waiting 15+ minutes in a drive through AGAIN, paying the increased price, etc etc... 3 later nachos... miss the Avocado bowls. unfortunately the established standard. They've been my staple for so long. We're breaking up.

You can depend on Del Taco to have better quality ingredients than Taco Bell. This Del Taco sucks. It gets stars for food quality, that's it. Because I feel like I didn't really get what I ordered. Chicken Burrito: first half was rice, then I got some bites of just beans, then the last little bit I pictured finally had some chicken. Not worth $6 Queso Burrito: where's the queso? I've been to other Del Tacos that knock the queso burrito out of the park. My trip to this specific location was a waste of my time and money. I should've gone to raising canes or Panda Express nearby for an actual meal. Don't go here

I gave them a month to reverse course on their stupid change requiring you to ask for sauce at the counter. Drove by with a carload of teenagers to get something to eat, but saw through the windows that the sauces have not been returned to the tables/self-serve condiment table so we went elsewhere.I'll keep checking in but no more of my money until they fix this.

Just went through drive-thru at 12:02 PM today - window agent spaced out my drink order- certainly not the craziest human error, but when I tried to call and let them know that they needed to pay a little closer attention about 30 minutes later, a prerecording says their phone number isn't set up to take calls. Now that is a further insult to injury - paid for product I didn't receive and have no way to tell anybody about it at the franchise other than doing a yelp review-for that location! Ridiculous!!!!Two star rating proves to be very legitimate. Buyer beware.!
