Deep Space Parker Lounge & Event Center

My husband and I attended the Kip Winger concert last night at this venue in Parker. We just moved to Castle Rock, are live music enthusiasts, so were eager to see this venue so close to home for us.Apparently this venue serves events such as company meetings and weddings. This concert was the first music event hosted here. There were about 100 people in attendance and there was plenty of room. There was a bartender and a full bar; staff was pleasant and attentive.There were a few sound issues, but I think it was mainly the artists' particular requirements that caused a few delays. This is a rented space so I assume all sound equipment was provided by the renter.Overall a good venue in downtown Parker which is very quaint and cute.

Food was barely warm and smelled off. We decided to skip dinner and just have ice water. But even that smelled funny. I wonder if they ever clean their ice machines.

Amazing venue with amazing family ownership. This is the coolest place I've ever seen. They have galaxy-themed artwork and shirts. I would definitely recommend this place for any wedding reception, celebration or birthday. I was privileged to have met the owner and his family. They had access to amazing food from upstairs restaurants as well as their own food and bar.

Very cool space, spacious and bright. Awesome place for events and a great venue for all types of meetings. I have been to many events there and I have hosted several as well.

Brian is a great teacher! If you have a kid who is excited by technology and doesn't know where to start, Brian's Minecraft Robotics programming is perfect. Our son is now learning JAVA and feels like there is no limit to what he can learn on the computer.Meanwhile, if you need an office space to hang out and get some work done in Parker, there isn't a better one than the Deep Space lounge. Looks like good event space, too.

My husband and I visited this establishment for the first time when we went to the Parker's Conservatives meeting. The place was clean. The workers there were very nice. We only ordered chips and dip but others ordered full meals and everything looked great. They give you a beeper so they can notify you when the food is ready. The constant ringers going off while the speakers were talking was a little annoying. However, everyone seemed to be so engaged in the speakers that the noise didn't seem to bother them. We plan to order some of the wonderful dishes we saw the next time we go there. Oh, and it was difficult to find. There were a lot of newcomers and we were relieved when a sweet couple came by that were regulars and showed us the way.

We had our daughters college graduation party. It was perfect for DJ, dancing, food and drink. The bar is well stocked and the bartenders did a great job of keeping up and made high quality drinks. We have caterers in the family and were able to bring our own food, which not all venues allow.This is a great place to throw a party

Went to attend a wedding , a older man was being short with customers, I asked who was in charge and he yelled I am! I'm the owner! He was very over whelmed with the flow of the customers in line for drinks.One of his staff was pregnant running the register and he was shaking his finger at her. Not a good look as owner of a business venue. No one was going around collecting empty glasses from tables.I ended up taking a couple rounds of glasses back to the bar to get them off the tables, after I did that a couple times finally someone from staff started to go to each table and get empty glasses.At one point his credit card machine went down and we offered to pay our bill in cash, the answer from a staff member was no that's ok the card machine will be up and running shortly. It wasn't and we had to wait 45 min to close out our tab and ended up paying cash after all. Not a huge deal on that. However, the hostility and impatience the owner showed was certainly a turn off and very disgusting. I would never want any family or friends being treated such a way on such a special loving day of marriage.

My son had his wedding reception at this place and the customer service was horrible and what makes it even worse is that the bad customer service was coming from the owner. He was rude to me when I came in the afternoon to drop off some plates for the baker. Then during the reception when you went to the bar for a drink he threw 2 wrist bands at me and my sister in law and said "Put it on". We had no idea what he was talking about. We asked him why and he said my son had only paid for a few people to drink so in order to get an alcohol drink we would need to wear the wristband. It was really his tone and how he said Put it on. Never explaining politely what is was. I found out later on he was rude to a lot of our guests. It was very embarrassing and we were paying him to rent the venue and this is how he treats the guests of your party? Also at exactly 10 pm he had some women mopping the floors while everyone was still there telling people he was shutting down. I told him at the end of the night he was one of the most rudest people I have ever met and I was going to make sure I posted a review about his place and how he treated me and my guests. Don't spend your money there. There are many other places to have your party that will appreciate your business and make you and your guests feel welcomed. This is NOT THE PLACE. Buyer Beware.

We had our daughter's St. Patrick's Day wedding reception here and loved it! The venue is an excellent space for a large group to be comfortable and have a great time! Antoinette & Ray worked with us to be sure our needs were met and the best layout was accomplished. We loved it and our guests loved it too! From the buffet and gluten free buffet plus appetizer table set-ups, to the seating, to the details of cake, guest book and gift tables...the arrangement was GREAT!!!The dance floor with phenomenal sound system and lights were a big hit. Our guests are still talking about how much fun it was!Nicely done and thank you Deep Space Event Center!!!
