I know when you enter a place that just opened for the day, you will still see some stuff not laid out. However, you'd at least expect a company that serves hot food options "all day" to actually have those options ready to a point of execution.Not this place, no sir. Attempting to order a lunch left me with the knowledge that their hot dogs were still frozen solid and won't be ready till around lunch time. Look up their hours and see why that's a wierd statement.So I tried attempting ordering just a sundae, they excused to making a larger one for their mishap, but also charged me for it. That's like saying you get bonus chips when ordering a full meal with that extra money.May be good for ice cream, but avoid this place for lunch in any way, shape, or form.

Went in at 11:30 AM wanted a Chocolate banana shake said bananas were to green so then I said so no banana split then she said no. How do you go to Dairy Queen and not have bananas you can sell. And they keep raising prices.

So, I drive by this DQ all the time. It is on the southeast corner of Pierce and 38th in Wheat Ridge. It was a very warm day, and I was waiting for the light to change. I glanced over at the DQ and it did not appear too busy. So, I turned into the parking lot and headed for the drive-thru. By the time I was in line, three other cars had managed to get there ahead of me. Along with the three or four that were already in line, I figured I was in for a fair wait. Instead, the line moved very quickly. The young guy at the window was friendly and fast. When he passed my butterscotch dipped cone out the window, I was impressed by the size. Seriously, this was a very generous serving. It was a nice experience all around.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Dairy Queen location. Waited 15 min in the drive thru line which is understandable given the current situation with no dining room open. Finally order 2 blizzards and they each have, not exaggerating, 5 pieces of the topping in each one. In addition to the lack of toppings, they were soupy. We ended up throwing more than half away because they truly were not worth finishing. I would never come back to this location and would reconsider coming back to Dairy Queen again after this.

Ordered a large Blizzard at the drive thru. First red flag, the cup have a lid. Second red flag, the cashier did not turn the Blizzard upside down. I removed the lid and it was a milkshake instead of a thick Blizzard. The milkshake went everywhere, in the car and my jeans. I immediately tried to talk to the employee in the drive thru window but he ignored me. I went inside and he still ignored me. When he realized I was not going anywhere, then he decided to fight me over how to make a Blizzard. I raised my voice since I can't not believe how he was talking to me. I even show him my jeans where the milkshake has spilled (picture attached), still he don't want to admit that he was in the wrong. I got my money back, $5 with some change, but he never admit he was wrong.

Horrible! I live down the street from the Dairy Queen and every time I go in they get something wrong. Granted they are young people however they do not have customer service skills. They didn't have the correct container so they told me that they would charge me the same amount but I would be getting less. It truly was not my fault that didn't have correct supplies. Will you meet me halfway. Don't give me a pint and charge me a quart of ice cream or at least discount it. Right? They don't get it. They all are goofing off and don't know how to "Treat" repeat customers. I canceled my order because I didn't want them to spit in it. Communication with teen manager didn't work well. It's not like I'm trying to get free treats. Just don't overcharge me and screw up my orders constantly boo! Stay away from this location. It's too bad.By the way 2 pints make a quart.

Clean location and wonderful ice cream and friendly staff... What else could you ask for? I also love that this location has a drive-through which makes it extremely convenient if you have small children or kids with you... Or really just don't want to get out of your car.
