This review is for a drive-thru visit for Blizzards and a pup cup and we were quite happy! Blizzards were great, had plenty of mix-ins, and were thick just as they should be. Pricey? Yes, but what isn't anymore? They also gave us a pup cup for our Lab who was beyond thrilled! Service at the drive-thru was quick and friendly.

They did an amazing job with my granddaughters cake! I added a note if they could add a flamingo,if not no big deal, and the person who decorated it went above and beyond!!! She was so happy!!!!

Absolutely terrible service... There should be a no stars option because holy moly customer service no longer exists. My family & I walked in with a group of 6, already not even 1 minute of deciding and looking at menu, the young female cashier rudely asks if we were "Ready to order?"Knowingly aware of 6 people that just walked in, she smirks and continues to whisperer something just loud enough (in Spanish) to the co-worker on the other register. Keep in mind, there was absolutely no one before we entered nor anyone waiting to order after and if there was I would gladly allow them ahead!While having decided what we would collectively like to order, we make our way to the register and the cashier was vaguely rude. She kept sighing as if we were ordering "too much." & continued to look over consecutively to eyeball her co-worker on the other register.Despite, refusing having to pack up my family and find someplace else, I figured to bare through the service & quickly make our way out!This was not a friendly family interaction nor was there any sort of common decency. Do Better.

I ordered a cake online here 6 days ago, so almost a full week. I asked for an Oreo flavored ice cream cake and asked for my boyfriends name on it with happy birthday & asked if it was possible to not do the chocolate drizzle on the side and instead a red icing would be better. I said that it was not necessary to put all the Oreo decorations on it as it was just for the flavor of cake and not what I wanted it to look like. I just picked it up & it was just an already premade Oreo cake like the ones in the fridge up front except it had my boyfriends name written on the bottom, half covered by cookie chunks and also SPELLED INCORRECTLY. I would assume with 6 days to prepare this order and the 30 seconds it took to take the icing and write "happy birthday" on an already premade cake, that y'all could have at the very least spelled his name correctly.

I love DQ but the wait time today was ridiculous. The lobby wasn't busy around 1pm and we ordered food and a blizzard. The ice cream came out immediately and was consumed first. We waited over 39 minutes as the food slowly came out of the window from the kitchen for orders placed before ours. He called a number after our ticket so I went to the counter to ask what happened. The kitchen staff said they made it a while ago and he already gave it out - clearly not the case. I asked for a refund and the manger could care even less saying I guess we have new people. I've been new and I'm super patient most times but this experience was very bad. Kitchen staff needs to tighten up. As much as I love the food I won't be back to this location.

Peanut parfet is so addicting, but dipped cones and bannana splits are close to being in first. The people inside are very friendly, makes it hard when dairy queen, the frozen yogurt, and coldstone are close by.

Husband and I are on a road trip, stopped by this Dairy Queen for dinner. Got a number 6, large chicken sandwich. Absolutely disgusting, chicken was RAW! Don't go here unless you want food poisoning.

0/10 recommend coming here. Lady at the window is rude, while ordering she asked whether we wanted chocolate or strawberry. We said strawberry she said chocolate? we said no strawberry. Come up to the window & gave us chocolate, and we said oh it was supposed to be strawberry. Slammed the window and came back with the correct one and we even apologized and said sorry about that and she came at us saying next time say it correctly. Like lady we all are drained and tired from work and all things life as well. No need to be all nasty.
