We were in a hotel room when we ordered. We asked for a paper plate and napkins, but didn't get them or any response to the request. Also got Dr. Pepper instead of grape soda as ordered. This was a DoorDash order so maybe the driver didn't get the message about knocking to let us know he was there. So the order sat in a drafty hotel hallway for about 15 minutes. I found it there when I came in. My hubs was inside waiting for the delivery person to knock, but that never happened. He would have enjoyed his wings had them been warm. I would have enjoyed the pesto calzone if it had been warm.

We made an order for two calzones at 12am. They said it would arrive in 30 minutes, but it did not. We called the restaurant 3 times and once they hung up on us. The order finally arrived at 3:30 am. We had to stay up for HOURS to wait. I have been sleep deprived for days.

There is two staff members, who have 0 idea what is going on. I asked if they had create your own and he looked at me confused, I soon learned his English is to a minimal amount. When I asked a second time if they had a create your own, he turned the order system around towards me since he didn't know what I was saying. After putting in my own order, I watched as him and his co worker talked to each other and didn't make a single calzone (we had ordered 4). After twenty minutes they rolled the dough, and then walked away, it took more than an hour to get my calzones and watched as they didn't care to make my order. So not only did I have to place my own order because the employee didn't care, I had to watch my food sit there with lack of care too. This is nothing like the one in fort Collins, the manager needs to hire new people who speak English, enough to at least take my order, and people who are competent enough to put 4 ingredients on dough, and put it in the oven

I genuinely can't believe the experience I just had here. The employee made it half way through making my calzone put his backpack on and left. My calzone was left on the counter uncooked for 20+ minutes before a new employee finally arrived and finished making it. This was after I had already paid so I had to wait for my food. The new employee didn't apologize or say offer any sort of refund. He then proceeded to accuse my friend of not paying and we had to show him the receipt from his own cash register. If this place had a working phone number I would call and demand a refund for how horrible of an experience This was, never mind the fact that the food is underwhelming and bland. I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone and if a manager sees this I would appreciate a response with a phone number.

my partner and I came here for lunch yesterday and we both immediately knew that this was going to be a less than satisfying experience. Employee took 15 mins to come over and ask us what we wanted (was just sitting on his phone) and then when it was time to place our order he I started listing off what I wanted, he then proceeded to make a face, flip a screen over to me and say "I don't know do it yourself". So my partner and I order, it takes us a minute because the system is poorly set up. We wait about 30 mins and get our food - it's random calzones that we did not order. So we go talk to the employee and he doesn't understand that our order is wrong, we had to walk through what we put on our receipt and explain his own menu to him. After realizing that we weren't going to get what we originally ordered, we asked for a refund. He then proceeds to walk away and start making new food. We let him know that's not what we want and we want to cancel our order. He then flips the screen back toward us and says "I don't know" again. My partner and I had to access all past order receipts from the business end and submit a refund for our order ourselves. Overall, the employee had no idea what was going on, the place was not clean, and the experience is something I'll never forget. For your own sanity don't bother ordering here

It is exactly what you would expect, and a little more. It is a great place to get calzones and other dough-made foods. The employees work hard, as usually there are only two workers working 4 pm-4 am, I really respect their hard work. Best place on the hill to get a late night snack, it may take a while to get the food sometimes, but it is always worth it!

I am not going to lie, I was a little skeptical of an Italian restaurant out here as I come from the North East, however I ordered one of their many calzones and I was very impressed. I love calzones in general, however, I would go as far to say that this is one of the best I have ever had. The dough inside was cooked to perfection and it was a very fair price for the food you get. Also, if a calzone is not you're favorite food, then they have a wide variety of other options that my roommates have told me are always good.
