Culichi Town

This was a great find! Came here before going to the Aurora mall across the street. The place is very open and brightly lit, which creates a good atmosphere. The service here was good, there wasn't anything particularly stellar about it, but it was decent. We ordered a bunch of food which took a big to come out, but the food was good! That's hot Cheeto roll will live in my mind rent free for the rest of my life. I need it again! I do think the salsa could have been a bit spicier but overall, it was good!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Culichi Town! The atmosphere is nice- I enjoyed the decor and furniture. The place has a nice vibe. We enjoyed the food we ordered and were a little hard pressed to not make ourselves sick trying to finish everything!! I liked that they have menus in Spanish and English. Our server was really nice and made some excellent recommendations. I had a mango margarita with a tajin rim and tentation roll- both were tasty! The roll was a little big but the flavor was excellent. My husband had the horchata and the octopus and shrimp cocktail. He said he hasn't had one so delicious since he was back home in California. He especially enjoyed the fresh produce. We enjoyed the blend of Japanese and Mexican seafood. We will definitely be back!

Great service. Nicely done interior design. Their menu is a fusion of Asian and Mexican, but it is heavy on Mexican. Don't expect traditional sushi of any sort. The menu is almost entirely seafood. Most items are shrimp. If that is your thing, this is a great place to try. The price points are a bit high, though.We tried a few things and all were delicious. The bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp could have used a tad more seasoning - something the cheese choice could have changed.We'll be back when we feel like splurging because we don't enjoy seafood that much to justify the price tag. Perhaps we'll try one of their ceviches or coctels.

Very nice and clean restaurant. Has very modern look but a very casual atmosphere. Friendly staff and was welcomed with a smile from everyone. The menu is extremely full of seafood as to be expected. However, i am not a seafood person. I went to join a friend. The menu items i chose exceeded my expectations. The chips and salsa were ok. The salsa had a very tomato paste flavor but not as strong as the previous place i went. The culichi chicken was very delicious as was the steak taco. I would definitely go back again. My friend ordered crab and shrimp sushi roll. She said it was very good as well. Price was decent probably 2-3 $ range

I had a ok time, this just wasn't my vibe as far as flavor in food or in general service. With it being close to an empty restaurant our server who never really introduce themselves to us, didn't really have any sense of urgency and with a Spanish menu only he never asked to assist or even recommended anything. Not that it was an issue for me because I speak Spanish fluently I could only imagine those who don't might have a hard time understanding.Food came out at a timely manner how ever my shrimp fish was a little uneasy to eat because it was obvious the shrimp wasn't devined and just tossed around same with the taco but that's a personal preference and unfortunately it lost my appetite. Sushi was good a bit heavy but nothing impressive.I'm not sure if this is a spot that would make me wanna come in again it just wasn't the hype I heard of back in California.Plus those restroom spelled like pure piss which was really push me out the doors quicker.

This was my second visit here and it's still just as amazing as the first time! I love seafood but my husband doesn't, there was plenty non seafood options for him! He had the ranchero chicken. I had the shrimp and octopus cocktail and roca shrimp. The cocktails were a spectacle! Our visit was on a Thursday so the service was fast and friendly!

This place is brand new in the neighborhood; taking over a vacant building that had been empty since at least the end of 2019, but probably longer. They are advertised as Mexican style food. I kind of wish they referred to their style of food as Mexican Japanese fusion, because I think the consumer might better understand what the restaurant serves. The atmosphere is nice, with high ceilings and leather covered menus. There's a nice overflow area. Everything is nice, clean and new. Our server was Barbie. She was very attentive, quick with refills and overall pleasant. I ordered the veggie roll. The roll was really delightful, fresh, and just the right amount of crispiness. My husband had the burger with fries. The fries were tasty, but the burger tasted like meatloaf, which was odd for us. I had their guacamole. If you like the guac from Safeway, then you'll love this guac. It's nothing special, just guacamole. The chips and salsa need a serious upgrade. You can literally get better chips and salsa, anywhere. The grocery store, any other restaurant, from a jar, just any where. I think this place deserves a chance. If this is a chain, I will never understand how they make it, but if it isn't, I think they could improve a few things and really give it a go. Also, the lack of advertising from the street-side, won't help. You absolutely must put some signage on the street side of the building or people won't know you're there.

The food and service were absolutely fantastic!! We went on Mother's Day and it was very busy but we only waited 10 minutes for a table and the food was served very quickly. We tried a bit of everything and every single item was absolutely delicious We will definitely be going back again.

Menu is really small. Nothing like the LA location. Drinks were ok. Vibe is not at all like the California locations. If you're looking for that-this isn't it. $600 for 4 adults was the bill. Prices they charged were not the same as listed on menu.

I had the Culichi shrimp here last night and absolutely loved it. Delightfully different from anything I've ever had. This was our group of 8's first visit and everyone really enjoyed the food. Service was excellent. So I'm sure we'll be back.
