Oh my goodness on SO many levels. I was welcomed to the tasting room by two friendly beer tenders and a host of locals that enjoyed talking about old films and tv shows. They allowed me right into the conversation. Next, I've been chasing a coffee infused ale (either Pale or India Pale) for a long time. Crystal Springs has the Coffee Butch, which is their Butch Pale Ale infused with a custom cold brew from a local coffee shop. It has the perfect blend of hops and coffee with an amazing aroma. This is now one of my favorite beers of all time. The brewery is not onsite but nothing is lost in their quaint location on Main Street in Louisville. They have ample outdoor seating and a comfortable indoor space with a nice bar. They play old movies on the TV (chosen at random and with some requests being accepted). When you're in the area, you would need to swing by and enjoy a pint!

This was a very cool place in Louisville. I went with my husband and in laws on a nice day in November and we sat outside. The brewery itself was in an old house (?) and I really appreciated the atmosphere inside. Also, the bartender was super friendly! My MIL was wearing her Vikings gear and there was some friendly sports banter. I got a chocolate salted stout and it was a little too salty for me - weird to say for a beer. Would go back and try other beers in the future!

It's crystal clear in my eyes, this is a great brewery. This is a neat place on the edge of historic Downtown Louisville. It's set up for friends and family to enjoy a nice cool beverage in community. The majority of their sitting is outside under their expansive shaded patio. It wraps around the front side and back of the house converted taproom. We really enjoyed grabbing a spot on the front side of the patio. It was relaxing to watch the subtle traffic of downtown, as well as, watch different walks of life come into the taproom. It seemed like this was really a place for everyone. We saw couples starting date nights, friends meeting after a long day of work and multi-generations chatting it up. The vibe felt very familiar and communal, which made my soul smile. For your drinks, you have to go inside and order from a bartender. The bartender when we were there was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was confident he could find the right beer for me, and he did. It was crisp, well-balanced and refreshing! There are all kinds of beers to choose from, and like most breweries, they are on rotation so it'll be a tad different every time. Bonus Note:There's ROOTBEER and PIZZA! I absolutely love when breweries have non-alcoholic beverages and food available. It makes for a more inclusive and welcoming environment for friends and family to come together.

This place is so cute- it's a house converted into the little brewery- it's small but cute and has a bar top and a couple tables! We went because my bf loves their blood orange kolch, when we got there we seen it had awards on the wall for that particular beer! I had a root beer I think it should have been more full body haha but it was still good and cool they brew that themselves too! You can buy their beer in 6 packs there and they also allow you to order outside food and bring it in which I thought seemed pretty cool... I liked it on there, very chill.

Good local beer and brewery choice for all craft beer lovers. What I especially appreciated was the (large) selection of dark beers. The Black Saddle 2020, aged in Buffalo Trace Barrels was my hands down favorite. Doc's Porter and Naughty Marilyn were also really darn good and tasty beers as well. The tap room is in an old house. Since it is winter and cold in Louisville, every table was full, even in the middle of the afternoon. So be patient and a table might appear. The guys behind the bar were on top of everything. They took orders and delivered beer promptly. Definitely worth the drive to try this place out.

This cool little taproom on Main Street Louisville has a nice selection of craft beers that you can also enjoy at home since they sell crowlers and 6-packs (check out their website!). They don't have a kitchen but there are plenty of options in the area so feel free to order from a restaurant nearby if you want food with your drink. With a nice patio in the back and plenty of parking behind, the location is very convenient. And during this crazy Covid-19 era, there is also plenty of seating outdoor in front of the building on Main street (a few tables are also inside at a safe distance from each other).Great place!

Another enjoyable Colorado Front Range brewery! I do miss my mini self guided brewery tours of the Front Range but I have nothing to complain about living in the Pacific Northwest as I can have what seems to be an endless amount of self guided tours!Crystal Springs to me at least wasn't around when I lived in Colorado just yet so it is a "new" brewery to me. For this brewery I had three of their beers all in which were good and enjoyable!I had their kolsch which was very tasty and once again it was a great day to have it as it was a warm, sunny day and the beer was so crisp and clean tasting!Next up was Naughty Marilyn,a Belgium Stong Ale. I liked this one as well but it seemed just a bit more milder than some other Belgium Strongs that I have had but not necessarily in a way that is a disadvantage towards the beer. The final beer was a porter which was enjoyable once again. This was a different day than the toasty day of the kolsch and was cooler which once again a perfect math for the weather. It had just enough robustness in flavor but didn't sit to heavy afterwards which I usually try to avoid. Good beer all around and well worth paying a visit to!

Hubby and i were in town for an afternoon and wanted to try some local beers. While the beers weren't our first choice for flavor profile, the atmosphere here was fantastic. Quiet (but not too quiet) and quirky, with a pay-it-forward board for people to buy others a beer in the future. It is a very local and woodsy feel with beautiful wood bar, wooden high top tables, great service, and bonus: they are dog friendly! I enjoyed the blood orange kolsch and hubby tried their two IPAs.

Great service. Wonderful place. Their beers are solid. I couldn't do a flight which would give the flavor of the brewery but still enjoyable. Shared a few with my girlfriend. Great outside patio! Backyard and front!Come support them so they make it past covid! Worth it!
