If you see Cruz In and Eat at a brewery or your HOA, be sure to stop by! We recently ate here when we went to Two 22 Brewery and their food is fantastic! I had a few tacos and chile relleno after hearing both recommended by people. I want to support local business so I wanted to get as many things as possible. I'll be following them online from no one to see when I can find them again!

This is definitely one of my favorites taco food trucks in Aurora when I'm at two twenty two brewery or launch pad brewery. They are always very friendly and the service is very quick. The food is always fresh. I hope they keep their new item Tony's Skewers on their menu.

Since CoV-19 stay in place orders, our community has been holding our own "Food Truck Mini Carnival". To celebrate Fri-Yay Happy Hour, I enjoyed the offerings from Cruz In & Eat. Oh boy did this satisfy the Mexican cravings I'd been suffering with for weeks. We ordered the Steak Quesadilla (very well stuffed I might add), the Barbacoa Burrito and the Fried Chile Rellenos. The Quesadilla was much like the average, the Burrito, not too big (the Barbacoa was dry and a bit off taste) but the Rellenos.....saved the best for last! Stuffed with Pepper Jack and wrapped in Wonton Paper, these were the most delicious I have ever had. To make it a meal, Cruz smothers the rellenos with luscious pork green chile and come with a side of rice and (refried) beans. Perfect portion, fabulous flavor. If you can't make one choice, make this dish your go to.Pre-ordering on Square works great. The service gives a pick up time and Cruz was very much on time. It is simple to use and supports the social distancing rules.Thank you Cruz for coming out to our community. #SupportLocal and SYOY

My community had a food truck night with Cruz In & Eat and it was great. We had the Chile Relleno and an assortment of tacos (chicken, steak, and both shrimp types). They were really good. Their pico is great and the salsa verde was quite spicy. You can order online and then just go pick it up, or you can order at the truck and they give you a little buzzer for when your food is ready. Which was great because it was cold outside so we wanted to go back and sit in the car.

Feeling a little hungry after a couple beers at Two22 Brew this past weekend my friend Brittany C and I decided to check out the food truck of the day: Cruz In & Eat.++ A menu featuring decently priced Mexican food. Street tacos for $2 a piece? Uh, yes please!++ The flavors are simple. Sometimes you're just looking for the classics with no frills.++ Your order is served up quick! Because, let's be real, when you're hungry, you're hungry!++ The staff is friendly! We had a couple questions about popular menu items and they were willing to offer some recommendations. Plus they bring your order in to you.My barbacoa tacos hit the spot. I def look forward to noshing from some other menu items from this food truck on my next brewery visit.

This food truck has the best crispy Chile rellenos! Their street tacos are also fantastic! I follow Cruz In & Eat on FB so I can track down where they will be at.

We ate at the WWII plane show at Centennial Airport this weekend. We ordered right off the menu - NOTHING custom. A $9 item and a $6 item. They charged us over$50!!!! TWO charges for "custom" $16 EACH. For a $15 meal, that was NOT custom, we paid $32 in "custom" charges! Ripped off! I wonder how many people they did this to at that event. I will also write the museum who hired them and share this - hope they never get an event there again!

Not a big fan of the food trucks that come to harmony. We got the breakfast burrito and the barbacoa burrito. Only $20. It was some of the best food truck food we've ever had. We will always make sure to go get more food next time we see them!
