Store is clean and cookies are decadent with a wide variety of fun and different flavors.

Crumbl offers good cookies that change on a weekly basis which keeps the flavors interesting and keeps you checking back for your favorites which I think is quite genius. The cookies are a good portion and great quality despite the heftier price tag than other cookie shops, I feel the price is worth the product. This location in Littleton has had consistently poor service from throwing out my cookies 30 minutes prior to close even though I had not passed my set pickup time and offering me someone else's cookies to just an overall sense of being a burden if you come in past 8pm. I still like the product but it can be hard to have young adults running a business with no supervision.

I got the cookies & cream cake featuring Oreo today. It tasted like a giant Oreo in cake form. Someone said it tasted like a rich fudge cake. That's actually why I got it, so I was disappointed. I have no right to complain because it is advertised as a cookies & cream cake. Only get it if you are a huge Oreo fan.

I'm a big fan of Crumbl cookies in general. What I have found to be a bit of a challenge from this store is getting fresh cookies on a Saturday. I assume this is because they are closed on Sundays and don't want to waste product. However, if I am paying full price for a product I would expect full freshness of the product. This has happened more than once at this location ( I wanted to give them another chance hoping it was a fluke the first time but it was repeated the second time around also). Also, if you order from the app, they will make your order when you arrive and they may have sold out of what you ordered by fulfilling the walk in orders first. The staff is usually very nice when they deliver the news upon arrival and they do their best to accommodate you.

I stopped in here after a work event at which these cookies were served. I really enjoyed the cookies so I opted to buy some for my family on the way home. The building and cookie making/decorating area was immaculate. Clean clean, clean. The young woman behind the counter was all smiles, helpful and friendly. This is where it went south. I had no idea it was five dollars a cookie. They are tasty cookies but simply not large or extravagant enough to justify the cost. If I needed single speciality cookies for a birthday or something I might buy here but aside from that, it's just too expensive. I needed 25 cookies and that's damn near a car payment.

crumble cookie is so good !!! there cookies are always so fresh and they have fast service there employees are always so sweet and i always look forward to the crumble cookie line up

These cookies are sooo good. However, unfortunately if something goes wrong, management is unlikely to make it right. About over a year ago my red velvet cookie was over cooked and dry. I called and they did nothing. Oh! Wait... they said take a picture and send it .... And nothing was done to make it right. Last night there was a hair in the frosting of the Oreo sandwich. Knowing they didn't take initiative last time. I chose not to call. So here I am as a displeased and disgusted customer. You've be warned
