Crumbl - Greenwood Village

The cookies were hot and fresh. The staff was really friendly and store was really clean.

I never thought a store that sells only cookies would do any good. But this store has proven me wrong. I only ordered one cookie to try them out and my cookie was HUGE and the taste and flavor fit equally as well to the size. Fast friendly service at the front counter was a breeze. My order was also presented to me in a cute little pink box instead of just in a paper bag or by itself.

Came here in the middle of the week to pick up some treats as a thank you for some co-workers. They have a rotation of different cookie flavors which is nice to be able to switch things up/try new specialty cookies. The ordering process was pretty easy (select the quantities and cookie selection) and the staff seemed to be focused on their job duties. Pretty laid back vibes and cookies are good but on the sweet side. A great way to show appreciation and cookies are big enough ti share with groups.

It's been a long journey with my love hate and finally understanding of how I feel about crumble. When I was first introduced to them 6 years ago or so I was infatuated with them and they were new and different and a great desert choice. As time has gone I believe the quality and innovation of the cookies has lacked and just doesn't give me the same draw as it once did. Next they didn't stick with there guns I with just cookies. For the actual food review it's so hard cause they change every week but for the basic milk chocolate chip cookie 4/10 or the semi sweet with they switch up to a 5/10. The pink original sugar cookie is a sold 8/10. All in all you want something way over sweetened with a change of menu and a sugar rush this isn't the worst place for it.

This location always has no wait and the staff is super efficient. It's my personal taste but I'm not the biggest fan of their cookies - it's a bit too dense for me in the middle of the cookie and reminds me more of an undercooked cookie texture. I do have to give them props for their innovative flavors and cute decorations. However, texture wise - it not for me but would recommend for those who enjoy slightly denser/chewier cookies.

The cheesecake "cookie" that they had on this week's menu was so divine, I could eat 14 of um (ifykyk lol). This place is amazing and I love the cookies!!!

I love Crumble cookies and they are definitely a guilty pleasure because of the high price. But they recently put out a coupon for a free chocolate chip cookie - no purchase required. Of course we got a 6-pack anyway because their cookies are impossible to resist. We're splitting them between 2 households so don't judge!This location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. It's clean and bright and the staff is friendly.

Crumbl makes great cookies. Base flavors with rotating specials each week. The issue and reason for not getting five stars - they are super expensive so I only get them once in a while as a treat. Also, they used it as part of the rewards program give you a free box of cookies after you spent about $100, which is still a lot of money to spend for just one reward however, in the past year, they switched it to getting six or seven dollars off a box of cookies for every hundred dollars so the rewards program kind of went downhill. Still recommend but wish they'd consider lowering the price.

The delivery is always fast and convenient and we love the staff at this location. it's our go to place for a thoughtful gift.

Delicious molten lava cookie. Fast service and clean shop. Got order accurate. Will be ordering there again
