I'm a home chef myself so I feel qualified to grade cookies based on texture, tenderness vs crunchiness, baking perfection vs rawness and of course the flavors!First of all; Health hazard alert ‼ An egg shell on my last few bites (as shown on the picture)Second; There's a big difference between a tender fresh well baked cookie and a cookie with raw dough inside acting as a tender agent.I personally don't recommend it from a public business since they're obviously careless about contaminating the cookie dough with potential salmonella traces, like the eggshell shown below.The flavor was good, but that was what I thought before finding the white egg shell. No way I'd ever buy their cookies again.FYI, do your homework and look at the ingredients on their web. They're loaded with artificial sweeteners, preservatives and dough modifiers.
