Grilled cheese with brie, goat cheese, bacon and sun dried tomato on sour dough. AMAZING.

I visited this food truck at Civic Center Eats yesterday. I got my Greek Quesadilla, ventured to a place in the shade with my dining companion, took a bite of my meal, calmly looked up and stated with absolute confidence, "My god. This is the best food I've ever had in my mouth."Now, I realize I'm prone to hyperbole, but this seriously was crazy good food. The whole menu looked delicious to me, but my greek quesadilla was just the perfect blend of textures and tastes. The feta, sun dried tomatoes, fresh spinach and artichoke hearts were perfectly contained in my little tortilla. It was just the right amount of food too. Not a gut bomb, but I was pleasantly full afterwards. It also comes with what I assume to be a type of tahini paste, but I totally didn't use it because the quesadilla didn't need it. Seriously, if you see this truck parked anywhere near you, force yourself to work up an appetite immediately so you can partake in some of their delicious food!

CGF was parked outside of Elk Mountain Brewery. It was nice to see new food options in the area. The folks working the truck were friendly. I had a decent pastrami sandwich that had some good flavors with a not too outrageous food truck price. I also the tried the Smashed potatoes with "mean green chili". This I found to be rather bland and was not a fan. I also had a bite of someone else's chicken panini, and it was pretty good. I would be willing to come back again and try other items off of the menu.

I had the turkey BLT at Civic Center Eats today. I was a great sandwich with wonderful fresh incredients. The lettace especially tasted amazing, and normally lettace is kind of a throw away flavor wise on a sandwich. However, they were decently slow so if you are in a rush it migh not be the best choice. Also, credit cards have a $5 minimum.

I saw this food truck at Civic Center Eats today; it was one that I did not recognize but the menu sounded good and the line was short. Specifically, the "gourmet grilled cheese" caught my eye- goat cheese and brie with heirloom tomatoes and bacon. Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. It certainly wasn't bad, it just wasn't all that I was hoping for. There was very little tomato and bacon so the goat cheese wound up overpowering all the flavors. They did use really good bread though, and the pickle chips that came on the side were delicious. The service was friendly but slow. I would like to try them again but would opt for a different menu item.

The chicken Panini I had was pretty decent, and the fact that they delivered it to me while having a brew inside Elk Mountain Brewery was a nice bit of customer service. Some of the other stuff seems a little bland, but they have enough stuff to keep you coming back. I will try another item if I see them again.

This truck is at Copper Kettle Brewing Company pretty regularly during the summer and they are so good you plan a brewery visit to see them. The service is very friendly and the food is some of the best out of a food truck. If you ever see these guys parked on the street and serving it is a must try.

Crazy Good Food has been serving up food with us at Copper Kettle Brewing Co since 2011 and we could not be more pleased with this truck. Everyone who works there is friendly and truly good people, the food is clean, fresh and created with their own hands, nothing pre-made or processed, even their bread! We are so thrilled to have them as our regular Friday night truck and could not ask for nicer people to serve food for us.

I'm really sorry to give you 1 star but today I tried your Fish Tacos at Civic Center Eats and I have to say that it was the worst fish taco I have ever eaten in my entire life and I have consumed a lot of fish tacos as I absolutely love fish tacos. There was a piece of hair in it (not mine) but I thought, "Ok, it's just a piece of hair" so I took it out and ate the 2 tacos. It was so bland. There was absolutely no flavor. Not sure how you cook your fish (steamed?) but there was absolutely no flavor! I came at the end of the day so you were out of fresh cilantro (again, I said, "No biggie") because if it is good fish taco, it doesn't need cilantro. I contemplated on walking back and asking for some hot sauce but decided that even hot sauce was not going to help. Please take this review to really consider the flavor of your fish tacos and don't take it as just a malicious review because I'm giving feedback in hopes that it'll help. I read the 5 star review on some of your other dishes so I'll try those in the future. This review is strictly for the Fish Tacos.
