Hands-down some of THE best coffee I've ever had and the friendliest customer service I could've asked for. The bagel and cream cheese were fresh, local, and delicious as well! I wish I lived closer because I'd come here nearly every morning. Highly recommend stopping here - you won't regret it!

What a great find!! The coffee is absolutely delicious and we got a cranberry walnut scone. The barista offered to heat it up without us having to ask. She had so many flavors for coffee and a huge selection of sugar free syrups. We will certainly be back!!

Cowboy Coffee is a perfect little coffee stand out in Elizabeth. I just moved out to Kiowa from California where there was a Dutch Bros. 5 minutes from where I lived, so it's been a pretty big adjustment for me. I was extremely happy to find such a friendly little coffee stand in the next town over. The owner is always super friendly and happy to talk to you about your day, and her sons are adorable as well!Cowboy Coffee has a variety of bakery items, and they serve DazBog coffee (which I'd actually never tried before coming to Cowboy Coffee, but I have to say it is delicious). I highly recommend the Karamel Joe Cooler Frappe, which is sooo sweet and yummy! Definitely give this place a shot if you haven't yet!

Extensive drink menu. Best chai tea I've ever had (Dazbod, local manufacturer). I don't like coffee, so chai is my go-to. Also offers (best) scones, breakfast burritos and other items, which all come from local restaurants. She will heat anything on request. Super sweet and friendly and after multiple visits will remember your order. Love to support local/small businesses.
