Great friendly service!Clean restaurant!Consistent food!Flavorful - for everyone! Love this spot!!

Been coming to Costa Vida for a little bit under a year. I was reading the other reviews about this location and it blew my mind about what people thought, numerous one star reviews involving terrible customer service in a rude environment. Every time I come into the restaurant, it's extremely busy, but everybody that's working is working extremely efficient and doesn't have attitude at all. I get the chicken nachos or a chicken burrito and it has exquisite amount of taste and flavor and I only pay $10 for a massive portion compare to $10 for a tiny portion at chipotle would definitely recommend this place. If you're looking for a good lunch spot the restaurant itself has plenty of seating with plenty of outside light.

I come here every so often and I see the same hardworking workers and they're friendly each and every time!! I love the bowls and the food portions are so generous. Not to mention the seats in there are always filled with people when I go so it's definitely a popular spot.

food fresh tasty...refried beans luke warm...not hot...steak taco average. generous quantity. RUSHED service with no one in line! had queso...good flavor & ingredients. mild salsa green...meh. asked for pico de gallo...only got tomatos. horchatas on tap good. overall...service too rushed & spanish speaking staff ONLY...weird.

The food is good, but gives me a Qdoba vibe. I haven't enjoyed the service much. I always feel extremely rushed and didn't seem like they cared much.

The food is always amazing. Tres leches is the bomb. Queso is the bomb. Sweet pork is life. But most importantly, when they saw the name I had entered for my items on their website ordering system, they understood the assignment.

Food is amazing, so many options it's hard to choose!Quesadillas are a great option for kids they come with, a cinnamon roll and a small drink. There is many appetizers and drinks to!

Food is good but unfortunately not worth the service. It appears you have to be exceptionally rude to work there as that is what you get from the employees. The staff seems to forget how they earn their paycheck.

I ordered the nacho supreme a kids meal with a horchata, the enchiladas and a smothered burrito. Very disappointed in the service on this one. They forgot half of my stuff as it was being delivered to a hotel where I am staying. My wife used to be an employee at this restaurant when it first started in Utah and they had a little higher standards. It seems like those standards have fail just a little bit as the company gets older. Most the time the restaurants are usually nice and clean. The delivery service doordash they use the gentleman could not speak English and had no way of understanding or helping me with my problem. Every time I use a doordash service I end up having issues. They forgot my drink and one of my meals.

I went to Costa Vida on Tuesday 8/13/24. There were 2 other people in line in front of me. The guy preparing the food was chatting with us and joking around with us. This is what is missing in most places. This man was happy we were there. Then I got to the register to check out. The guy there couldn't have been more than 20, But he was smiling and friendly too! My meal was around $10.50. Where can you eat for $10.50? It was fresh, and it was good. I love their sweet pork and queso, it's consistently delicious. That's another thing that is missing over the past few years. Places might be good one time and not the next. Thanks for a a decent meal and refreshing experience.
