We have driven past this place a few times- I LOVE tamales! Finally stopped in to pick up a dozen to go for a family member who had recently Had surgery. The two young ladies working there were so kind and welcoming. The brick and mortar opened nearly two months ago, but they've had an online and delivery presence longer. I was told the tamal recipes are from their 80 year old grandmother! I knew they were going to be fantastic. We order 6 green chicken and 6 red beef. They are made fresh every morning (as tamales should be!)They were perfectly moist, creamy and so flavorful. I honestly cannot wait to go back. They have a menu that includes more than just tamales! Stop by and support this local business that is kind and delicious!

New little tamale place, tried the Ejote which was fresh and full of flavor. Owner clearly takes pride in the food quality. This is a welcome addition to the neighborhood and look forward to trying the tamales!

Omg sooo good. My husband got the pork and I got the veggie. So fresh and tastes sooooo flavorful. My husband happens to drive by and it was soft opening! Definitely give them a try - reminds me of my friends moms tamales she gifted me for Christmas!

Close to zero filling. The masa tastes good, which is lucky, cause that's all there is. We ordered 6 chicken and 6 cheese and threw out the 9 that we had leftover after dinner. The reviewer that said the tamales are "nothing but masa rolled in a corn husk" was right. I'm all about more good Mexican joints in the hood but my advice to this place is to put more filling in, even if it means charging more. Nobody wants to eat a masa log.

This is such a good tamale place!! Very delicious and super authentic. The owners are super nice and local to Denver. The tamales are very traditional Mexican style. The salsa they use is good and the perfect amount of heat to pair with the tamales. Highly recommend to anyone who wants amazing Tamales!
