Conifer Cafe

Stopped here on the way home from a hike since we wanted a hearty breakfast. We were not disappointed! I ordered the meat skillet plate which had hashbrowns, eggs, sausage patties, and bacon, all smothered in gravy. It also came with a choice of toast or pancake on the side and I went with the pancake. Let me tell you...this was an enormous amount of food for me and I was stuffed. The pancake was crispy on the edges and fluffy on the inside. The skillet itself was absolutely delicious!!! I especially loved the sausage patties. My partner enjoyed his plate as well. Service was quick and attentive. We plan to come back here for a good hearty breakfast next time we're around.

If you're looking for a diner in the middle of the most confusing strip mall ever, this is your place to be (we're talking church, liquor store, fashion salon, and much more). We stopped here on the way back to Denver the day after a wedding, so you know we were in desperate need of the coffee / water combo immediately. After getting that out of the way, you have about a million various breakfast / lunch combos at your disposal. We all got breakfast because a great perk of this cafe is that many meals come with a pancake. The sweet and salty breakfast combo was ideal. Their skillet meals were fantastic. If you don't want gravy, you can switch it out for their green chilis. Matter of fact, you can substitute pretty much anything for whatever you want here. It's like the Substitution Cafe. I don't think I will ever be back here in my life because I don't live anywhere near here, but if you're deciding on a place to go for breakfast, check it out!!

This breakfast item only!...AND personal preference/opinion too!Though I have been coming here for years and have enjoyed many Breakfasts and some lunches, I gotta say the Huevos Rancheros was the worst or second worst I have ever had. Hard Tortilla shells, a wad of Potato Hash Browns smothered in Red Chili and cheese, and a couple of Eggs does not cut it for Huevos. Amongst all of the other good items on the menu, this one clearly falls short....I left 75% of it on my plate!...as did my business associate. Time for a Huevos make-over!....or maybe I'm just an outlier....I know what I won't be ordering in the future!

We eat here often and I try to give a review each time. Today we were sat right away by a friendly young lady, I believe she was newer staff, as I have never seen her. We had breakfast. Always pretty decent. I had the biscuits and gravy with sausage and scrabbles eggs. The eggs weren't cooked all the way today, a little runny. And I will always complain about the water. I wish they would just put a filter on their tap water. I just always taste like bleach or some kind of cleaner. The coffee is always good, however a flavored creamer would be a nice addition. It's always loud in there, i do believe they could fix this issue, but it doesn't seem to be at the top of their list. Their bloody Mary's look pretty tasty, however I don't drink, but the amount of things they put on a stick is amazing!! Impressive. Always plenty of parking and never really had to wait long for a table. They do have outdoor seating in nice weather. Just another thought, it would be nice to see the employees in matching shirts of some kind. And the cooks wearing hair nets, hats or something while working in the kitchen.

Great spot on our way to fish in Deckers! Breakfast was amazing, service was top notch and the location is beautiful! Highly suggest a visit if you are looking for breakfast in the area!

We have been coming here for a few years now, service has always been terrific! Not once have we had anyone beyond spectacular, today is a shout out for the Chef TIM! I ordered the special Eggs Benedict for the first time and oh Lordy... they were delicious! made to order eggs that were perfect! Hollandaise sauce was so creamy and the home fries were just the right crispiness. Honestly this dish is all about the egg and TIM nailed it !! Will definitely be back- he's worth our drive for sure.

Cute little dinner just off of 285. Wonderful place to stop after a hike at Reynolds Park with my kids. Great food, big portions - a bit pricy, but I think it was worth it.

After sitting 45 minutes waiting on French toast and bacon I began to wonder where's my f'n food????? I began to get hangry and ask what the hold up was and was informed that it was going to be another 5-10 minutes fir my food after seeing over a handful of patrons receive their food I decided to leave cute waiter service sucked ass

The Conifer Cafe is a great place for breakfast! The service was excellent and the food was amazing. Definitely worth a try if you're passing through.
