Stumbled across this place doing a "breweries near me" search, and was a bit surprised to learn it was here, as my wife and I visit downtown Littleton every couple of months for a meal and a beer or two. After taking our old husky for a nice easy walk at nearby Ketring Lake this past Sunday, we decided to hunt this place down and give 'em a try.I popped my head in and asked if the dog was welcome on the patio, and the beertender said she was welcome inside, so we sat at an inside table as it was brisk out. My wife ordered the Oud Bruin (Belgian style brown ale) and I got a hazy double IPA. The taste of the Oud Bruin I had impressed me a lot - very similar to the ones I had in Belgium decades ago. My IPA was good but a bit understated - could use a bit more hop-forwardness. My wife ordered the Double Golden Ale for her second beer. I had a taste of that as well, and it was quite good, but if it's meant to be a knock off of the famous Duvel from Belgium the recipe needs a bit of tweaking. This is a pretty small place - seats maybe twenty people inside, and another 25 or so outside on the great looking patio, I'm guessing. There was a couple with two young kids when we first arrived, and another couple entered just as we were leaving, so we were the only customers for most of our visit. The very pleasant beertender chatted cordially with us.We'll head back here next time we're in the area. I'd love to see this place do well and continue to add something different to downtown Littleton.

Quiet, tucked away small brewery with some great beers on tap. Enjoyed a coffee stout and was very pleased. Service was excellent and no rush in picking our beers.

We kept going by this place during 2020/2021, and it was never open. It finally opened up recently! It's a local Downtown Littleton brewpub, so we want to make sure it stays in business. Right now, the hours are limited until they can figure out clientele and foot traffic.Comet Brews is located a block off of Main Street, just down from Grande Station. Grab some food, walk over for a beer, and sit out on the shady patio. A perfect quiet little hideaway to hangout with your friends!

New brewery in Littleton (one year old when we went), unique beers that taste great. The beer garden outside is super quaint and shaded from the sun by a big tree. Great small business!

The In house Hazy IPA was toned down but refreshing after a trail run. They offer other breweries as well. They offer 3 serving sizes, big plus I will be back.

We are in search of the perfect IPA. There were three on tap and all tasted a bit flat. There was a long line and the owner sat on his butt on his phone...Would love to support this business

Comet Brew beers are very light and lack depth of flavor. Very reminiscent of a home brewer who hasn't figured out how to large batch yet. All the beers were not filtered well, very light, the IPA has no hoppiness, the Lager was flat the Stout lacked that milky finish. They are in growth mode so hopefully will hirer a brewer to improve the flavor of the beers. Good ambiance for this small place with big potential
