I went to their original location years ago, before I was into whiskey. I decided to try out their new location, closer to my house.I tried their smoked old fashioned. It was pretty solid.I then moved onto a couple of their Bourbon (neat).Their standard P-51 was not real enjoyable. Pretty rough.Their 2 year was MUUUUCH better, and enjoyable. I'll be back to sample their 3 year.Bartender (Justin) was outstanding and extremely helpful and friendly.

Another Peyton favorite. Cockpit has excellent cheap and delicious drinks and not to mention great service. The smoked old fashions are a great pick as you get to pick your flavor of smoke. The cucumber mojito is one of the best I have had and lastly, I also recommend their Long Island Ice Tea. For food, you are able to order from Titos Burritos or bring food over from the sushi place next door or the rotating food trucks which are always parked outside of Jaks.

I've been here 4 times, twice to hang out for a drink and twice to pick up a bottle of their signature Vodka and Rum. They feature a smoked Old Fashioned but also have a good assortment of other drinks they feature, mojitos are good as well. Has a large door in to Tito's Burritos so you can get food as well. Ban Sushi is also right next door and they don't care if you bring that in either. They have poker night on Thursday I believe and Trivia night on Wednesday. Small tables and not the most comfortable chairs otherwise I'd rate higher.

Everything in me wanted to like this place. As a veteran myself and this place being Veteran owned. I tried. Had the flight of everything. Everything tasted unfinished and WAY TO HOT. Sweet tea tasted like it was run through an old gym sock. Lighting was very poor and dingy.

Staff is super outgoing. They make seriously customized drinks and the whiskey sour with egg whites is delightfully dangerous.

Poor service. Husband and I came in for a quick drink. We both ordered drinks at the bar and they brought mine but didn't bring his. When we went to cash out they were gonna charge me $8.00 for my virgin drink and then when they said you had two drinks and we explained they never brought his. They then said it was on them and apologized but threw my 3/4 full drink out. Very confusing experience. I'd recommend grabbing a cocktail anywhere else.
