We use Clyde's Sausage for our burrito business, and we absolutely love them! All of our customers always say how much they love the chorizo sausage and spicy sausage in our products.

Dear Lord, their spicy sausage is infused with flavor! No real purchasing area (stood in a short hallway), so I felt a bit awkward waiting for my items. But I can deal with awkward if it gets me this high quality meat! I'd suggest calling ahead, since the only readily available foods are the mild and spicy Italian sausage.

UPDATE- The breakfast sausage was really good, a lot better than any you will find at a grocery store like Jimmy Dean. It wasn't greasy at all, I didn't have to wash my hands 5 times after making the patties and there wasn't a ton of grease left in the pan after cooking.

The pork/beef meatballs and hot italian sausage are absolutly delicous . I use to get caninos sausage but after being turned on to Clydes I don't think I'll be going back . Not that Caninos isn't a great sausage Clydes is just better and did I mention that there Meatballs are amazing

The best sausage anywhere! The hot Italian is the very best. The dried sausage is AMAZING!! Always the first item gone at any party we bring it to.

Fantastic sausage! Been going to Clyde's for years for Italian sausage & brats for parties... always to the delight of my guests! I just wish I could easily find an online menu so I can decide which other items to try.
