Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am a little surprised that this location has such bad ratings. I ordered through the app for pickup last week since I was craving a quesadilla and didn't have the right ingredients to make one myself. By the time I arrived my order was ready and they made it exactly to my specifications. The staff was very kind and had my order ready when I arrived. It wasn't that busy on a Friday night, which surprised me. I didn't come in the late evening, but probably trailed the end of a reasonable dinner time, so it was a little surprising seeing such an empty store.I got an al pastor chicken quesadilla. It was really good. I hope the bad experiences of the past are over. Maybe my experience would be different if I came during a rush.

I showed up around 5:30pm and the line was almost out the door. The staff was very timely with getting through the long line of people and making sure to let every person know what ingredients they were out of (in this case, it was white rice and guacamole). The staff was hard working and all told it took about 15 minutes to get through. I fully appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff even though they were slammed!

Consistently good quality definitely a reliable go to place when you're hungry and on the go.

8:36 pm 4/15/24 I understand when under staffed you are low on protein and all the following ingredients. But I have never ever seen this type of quality . Barely got served rice I mean the man was scrapping the tray and barely served beans as well. .

This Mexican Burrito smorgasbord has the right ingredients to make a meal that satisfies those hunger pains and fills you up! I had a shredded beef Burrito with brown rice, beans, cheese, peppers, lettuce, Pico de gallo and their awesome Smoked Chipotle Tabasco Sauce.An ice cold Corona with lime to wash it down made my meal complete! You can also get the bowl version without the huge tortilla wrap. Open late everyday until 1000 pm for those that have the munchies.Great friendly staff that serves up a smile with each order.

Worst workers I've ever had, disrespectful, the food portions were like 20 pieces of rice 10 beans, she gave me more sour screen then the meat rice and beans together. The rude ass glares to got me pissed off. It was the fat Mexican girl.

Perfect portions. Not my home chipotle but worth the drive. Not too little not too much. Very quick and nice. Have Spanish speakers too which was very nice. Only wish the bathrooms were open. Other than that, great! Would rather make the drive here than be stuck with a bite of meat like at other locations.

This Chipotle location gets my vote as the worst location in the metro area. I've been going to Chipotle restaurants for years and they are sometimes great -but they are consistently good. I moved to Westminster last year and was delighted to see this location very close to my new home. But the first time I went was an awful experience. I decided to try a second time tonight and I won't be going back. They were out of all, yes all, of the meat options except for carnitas and barbacoa. I ordered guacamole and the woman actually went and got a little plastic spoon to serve the tiny portions she put on my tacos. The carnitas had not been drained at all so I opened my package to a soggy mess. Virtually no flavor. There was no one in the kitchen and there did not seem to be anyone in charge. I am sure the employees were stressed but they definitely were not friendly. I would've written this off as a bad night, but is very similar to what happened the first time I went, several months ago.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered online for my children's school fundraiser. I double checked to make sure the code for the fundraiser was applied. It was not. I asked what we could do to remedy the situation. I was told to call corporate, which I did. They offered zero solutions. I also talked to some representatives online, and they have offered email addresses, so far. I probably wouldn't even mention the food if the fundraiser ordeal had not happened. The kids' quesadilla is below par. The fruit option was pretty lame too. I honestly don't ever care to order from Chipotle again. I asked if I could return the food, and I was told I would not get refunded. Huge bummer.
