Chipotle Mexican Grill

I try to avoid this location just because the parking lot is horrendous. Getting in and out it awful and you are lucky to find a parking spot. However, if someone else will go pick it up I have had good luck with this location. My bowls are full and nothing is incorrect. I do love Chipotle and eat there fairly often but I will go to another location just to avoid the parking situation.

We love Chipotle and get food there at least once a week but have learned from too many bad experiences to pass by this location on Colorado Blvd between 7th and 8th. The biggest issue is a specific employee - an older female. She either can't hear, doesn't understand or doesn't listen to your requests as you're ordering and is very stingy with the food she puts in your bowl or on your burrito. I've eaten thousands of burritos from Chipotle over the years and can say with absolute certainty that she under portions. We never have issues at the locations on Colfax by East High, in Cherry Creek on Steele or Broadway and 6th. Everyone at those locations are always friendly, attentive and serve good portions. Even if it means going out of our way, we will be bypassing this location in the future.

DO NOT CATER WITH CHIPOTLEMy partner flew to Denver to give a big presentation to FRONT LINE WORKERS at a local hospital. He put in a catering order TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE, for 100 burritos. When he arrived at this Chipotle, an hour before his hospital presentation, the staff hadn't even looked at the order yet??!?! The machine printed out a massive receipt, just like that scene in "THE BEAR". The Staff looked at each other in pure disbelief, knowing they were screwed. Then, their manager came out and boasted it was "no big deal", and that the order "Would be ready in 30 minutes." LOL2 HOURS LATER.... It was finally ready. By then, the front line workers at the hospital had already taken their lunch breaks and were annoyed at no catered lunch. Cleary this manager is used to placating to stoned teenagers, asking where their extra guac is... but this time, she told a full-on professional adult to wait 30 minutes for 100 burritos. Yikes, boo.AND THE KICKER IS... when the hospital staff FINALLY began eating their 2 hour late burritos... they were 80% rice. LMAO. Clearly the understaffed store didn't have enough MEAT prepared for 100 burritos to be made that quickly, so hey "Just fill them up with rice and hope the paying customer never notices." So much for traveling to Denver to give a big presentation (that he couldn't do, b/c he was so late). Worst experience ever.

Okay if this was a chipotle in LA or San fran it would be 3 stars as the taqueria food in those cities is head and shoulders above Chipotle aka the mickey Ds of Mexican...... butDenver taquerias are so inconsistent ( I've had illegal Pete's served to me with cold tortillas... no bueno)So this Chipotle is close to me. They have a nice parking lot. Its clean and well laid out inside. While the lovely ladies there are not exuding ebullient joy.... They do get the job done.My chicken Al Pastor ( new item) burrito was pretty awesome. 9 bucks for a big ass tasty gut buster is okay in my book. Sure they ran out of chips but it was 9 at night.... Pretty legit guac though Would I come back?You bet your sweet sombrero Ese

This location is terrible. Order wasn't ready when I arrived and the cashier couldn't find my paperwork for the order. I arrived 10 minutes past order pickup time. They were out of an item and did not disclose that when I was ordering. The place looked dirty too. I tried to cancel the order through the app before they made it, but of course you can't connect to anybody at Chipotle. Just an overall terrible experience. I will never go back to this location.

Walked in there just to use the restroom just to be met with an employee who screamed at me to get out and proceeded to give an insanely snarky comment. Horrid customer service.

Everyone knows Chipotle gives small meat portions these days, but this locations seems to be worse than the others in the area with that. The last making the food is always rude and short with me. Not a fan of this spot. I'd avoid it.

Poor service, small portions, same price... I'll give 2 starts to this location for the good music.

Order a bowl and got 5 pieces of chicken. Complete joke to charge me for that. Will not be ordering from chipotle ever again

The women behind the counter was an older women who was rude and had an attitude. Saying they don't make items, when it's on the menu behind her. Will not recommend this chipotle.
