We came to Chipotle after a yoga class (Thurs night around 820p). The staff is nice but they seemed to be out of items and there was still so many people coming in for food. The lady in front of us wanted lettuce on her bowls but was told they were out of lettuce. Well, my husband wanted a salad and I thought he would have been told they were out of lettuce but they did have "salad lettuce." Ok, not really sure why there's a difference but at least the hubs got his salad. I wanted lettuce on my bowl, but because they were out, I didn't ask. The man behind us was ordering 4 items and asked for lettuce and was denied because they were out. I'm only mentioning this because while we were denied, the lady behind the man behind us asked for lettuce and was told that they were out. She then asked for "salad lettuce" and the employee said "Yes, you can have that," which made the man behind us ask why he couldn't get lettuce and was told that they were out. The employee then went back to get more lettuce but never offered it to the man behind us, which is completely poor customer service. We decided to eat at Chipotle since I was starving after yoga and the entire place was in disarray. They were out of the watermelon lemonade that they were advertising. They were out of forks and the entire dining area was dirty with food and napkins on all the tables, chairs, and floors. We decided to eat on the patio in the sprinkling rain because that was the only clean area since it had been raining all afternoon.Both the bathrooms were closed so I wasn't able to wash my hands. While the dining room was a complete disaster, 3 employees thought that it was fine to just have a meeting in front of the closed bathrooms and not help their counterparts.

This location has gotten progressively worse over the last few years but tonight set a new standard for terrible food. The chicken was inedible, the guacamole seemed to be days old and the chips were ridiculously stale. For a company that sells itself on "freshness," this was a total joke. I should have looked at the reviews - this seems to be a typical experience for most. This will be my last visit.

Gross! Chipotle (7400 E 29th AveDenver, CO 80238) was unbelievably messy. Not a single clean table, trash and food on the floor. The soda machine area was full of liquid and trash. Trash cans were full. I told the employee just a little bit of rice and he dumped a huge scoop. I said that is more than enough, and then he preceded to dump second scoop.6/2/2024 6:30 pm

I placed an online order. It was waiting when I got there, no issues. Mobile orders are becoming the way to order. I appreciate when they get the order right. Especially being the person who picks up her food and usually will still warm up when I get home.

Without question the worst Chipotle that I've ever had in my life. Old guacamole, stale chips, and the burrito I ordered was cold and extremely dry. It's like they gave me a burrito that was left on the counter from three days ago. The poor level of service shows a real disdain for its customers. I would steer clear of this location at all costs.

This was your average chipotle with minimal parking. I ordered a bowl with chips and guac through the app and it was alright but they didn't follow the order instructions properly. I asked for light beans and they gave me extra. Small things like that just doesn't make the business seem as professional as they might want it to be.

This Chipotle is the most INCONSISTENT Chipotle I have ever been too. Sometimes you get good service and food quality is good. Other times (most times, tbh,) the service sucks and the food quality is horrendous. Sometimes they charge for extras, sometimes they don't. Sometimes their scanner for rewards points works. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you get a friendly cashier, but most of the time they are rude. Portions are never consistent, sometimes the guac is brown, the chips are usually stale, and sometimes their sides of vinaigrette are less than half full (but they will still charge $1.60 for another side.)Consistency is SO IMPORTANT in the restaurant world. There are so many Chipotles all over the place. I'll take my business to a different one from here on out.

Hey Chipotle, I'd sure like some food with my salt. Was this revenge for ordering late? I didn't realize what time it was just that my blood sugar was low. It's like someone took salt and just poured salt on it. I scraped off guacamole I separated the ingredients and it was salty everywhere. I also started having a reaction to it. Too much salt could give someone a cardiac arrest. If I end up in the hospital, I'm suing you. Gonna save the evidence too.

Had a terrible experience at this location. Dealing with Gluten intolerance; like many others, chipotle is one of the "safer" options when on the road and despite not being able to enjoy a burrito, I can have a bowl or salad with corn tortillas on the side, yet when I ordered a salad today and requested some hard shells on the side they said management was not allowing then to give them on the side, I said I didn't mind if had to pay for them, but the girl just kept stating they were not allowed by management, so I asked if they were still selling flour tortillas on the side, to which she answered yes, so I explained I can't eat gluten and offered to pay for the corn ones again, but she just kept stating she was not allowed. Needles to say I felt discriminated against. If this is a glimpse of chipotle's changes for the new year, they just lost a customer.

This chipotle is truly always missing something. Latest tonight was a 30 minute wait on chicken. But they've always been low on supply of various things every time I've been there. Last time was the salad dressing, mentioning they weren't making any more even when it wasn't close to closing. This chipotle needs new management, seriously. There was also an employee tonight that had a serious attitude. It was so hard for her to understand which toppings I wanted and then gave rude customer service on top of it all. Terrible experience!! New management needed!!
