Chipotle Mexican Grill

I feel like this location has gotten significantly better over the years. Maybe better hires. I will say the food quality has gotten much better and I don't find chunks of barbacoa fat in my tacos or bowls. I never have an issue with timing at this location either. I order ahead online and it is always ready when I arrive.

I haven't had chipotle in a very, very, very long time and I just decided it was time for me to give it a chance again. I don't know why I did that. It was a mistake.Before I even went, I found myself craving chipotle, but in my head I kept saying no no you have chipotle at home and just make your own burrito bowl. But there is a very lazy side of me that I wish didn't exist, unfortunately it does. So, I went to the location. Staff was cool. No complaints about the customer service, just very standard. Had a look at the guacamole and I thought it was best to not go there. I even had a free birthday guacamole and decided not to use it because the colour of the guacamole was a dusky green instead of a vibrant avocado colour. I ended up popping into the King Soopers next door and buying a bag of chips and some guacamole from there. Fun fact, that's how you save money. Just buy the bowl or the burrito from chipotle and get all the extras at the market.I got home and I must say that I've eaten a quarter of my food and I'm already giving up. I will never eat chipotle again. There is nothing good about it. So standard, so basic.

if i could give zero stars i would. never have i ever had food poisoning before until last night into today where ive had tocall out of work. i eat chipotle a lot but this location is a red flag. i normally get carnitas because i don't trust their chicken.. well i wanted to try their new al pastor chicken and i should have stuck with myoriginal. unless you want to spend all night on the toliet and throwing up, don't go here.

Terrible, awful, disgusting! Chicken overly salty to preserve it and not fresh. Guacamole was almost black. Absolutely disgusting. Don't bother. Never again

Ok, I tried this location for the first time.I did not have a good experience. :(The woman making my burrito bowl hardly put any salsa, cheese and lettuce on top of my bowl. I am paying a lot of money for my food and it feels like a total rip off when they skimp on the final ingredients.I also stood there for about 2-3 minutes waiting for someone to ring me up so I could get the heck out of there. Clearly understaffed.Also, the chips were horrible. They were very stale and hardly edible.I have experienced the skimpy-ness and stale chips at other locations as well. So, this is a message to all of the other Chipotle restaurants.I will be honest and say that I really enjoy a well made chipotle bowl with good fresh chips and queso. However, I will start considering other options where I will get good food and good service. There is a little Mexican restaurant that just opened up in my neighborhood and they are very friendly and the food is excellent. The price is about the same as what I would pay at a Chipotle. Oh, and the seating is much more comfortable.After today's experience, I will be stopping there more often and giving them my business. Take my advice Chipotle, get your stuff together or your are going to find that people are not going to put up with this BS and start going elsewhere.

This is a horrible location, if I could leave ZERO stars I would but since that's unfortunately not possible I give this dump a one. Portions are terrible, both managers are horrible including even to their workers. They don't even try to hide it in front of customers. Food taste stale or uncooked even salty. Service could be faster as well.

Gave me food poisoning on 6/18/24. That was the only thing I had eaten that day so no doubt in my mind it was from here. Spent the next day puking.

Not all Chipotle's are equal! This place is bad. Would not add fajitas to quesadilla. Not sure why. We asked very nicely several times. He said he just couldn't do it. Crazy. Chips were stale. Threw up whole meal when done. To be honest, I feel like chipotle is in the cut cost phase of their business arc. I'd love to see some good quick-casual Mexican come along. Anyway, there are plenty of real Mexican restaurants in Denver. I should know better.

Can I give zero stars?Don't order pickup, stand in line. Twice they screwed up my meal. First bowl: ordered double protein and sour cream. They added sour cream to the wrong bowl. Only a single order of protein.No biggie, I'll head back and get it fixed.Second bowl: literally no protein in the bowl. None. Not even a single piece. No pico de gallo either. Spent an hour total driving back and forth between my home and chipotle to only have the second order still screwed up. Go to the store. Stand in line. Watch them make it, because the to go folks can't get it right.

I ordered a side of queso and they filled up the cup less than half way. I asked them for more and they said no.I used to love this location and went to it weekly but not worth it to get 2 tbsp of queso.I reported it in the app and they did not compensate me in any way.I will be going to Torchy's in the future. They fill their queso cups all of the way up.
