Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is my go to order location since it's close to me. It can be hit or miss. Sometimes i get a perfect bowl with awesome ingredients and sometimes I get the completely wrong bowl and ingredients taste a bit odd. But for the convenience of it all, it's an easy one to order from. I will say the customer service is usually good and fixes my issues.

Stopped by for dinner with my daughters after a long bike ride on the nearby Cherry Creek bike path. There was a lady with dyed pink hair, who I could tell, would rather be anywhere else but there. I'm short, she was rude and had a bad attitude. They have beer on the menu but for some reason they don't serve beer there. I was looking forward to a beer. Other than that, the food was good, the other employees were friendly enough.

I've ordered delivery from this location often and every single time they have forgotten the bag of chips I ordered. I reach out to customers service and all they do is give me a free bag of chips and Guac (which ironically gets forgotten on the next delivery I order). Please have staff review the delivery orders.

The WORST chipotle!! Rice was hard, nothing was fresh! Horrible customer service!! Hardly put any meat in the bowl! Overall highly unsatisfied!! DO NOT go to this location unless you want trash food!!

Honestly thank you to who ever was the one to make my bowl. I've taken a bite already but wow they really knew how to fill it up!! Thank you very much to who ever blessed my bowl

The lady that did my and my grandmas food and only give us a little food and gave us a little meat and a lot of rice the lady was lazy and a co was there and they act like they had good customer service but no

Half of this locations staff are not working, including the girl at the register. They are out of salad dressing.

I typically enjoy location, but today the customer service was absolutely disgusting. Rude and impatient with even the audacity to have smart remarks and smirks during the interaction/ The saddest part is the man stated he was the manager, disgusting to see that's the leadership chosen. Gregory Luse was the worst experience and example of servant leadership. Even as far as arguing back with the customer instead of deescalating the situation. He used verbiage such as "Whatever, if You say so & you should have said" . Made it so uncomfortable for his co workers that they were timid yet apologetic, so uncomfortable that other guest approached me outside the store to express their concern.

Are you joking with this????? This is what was delivered almost 50 minutes late. Ready time was 9:20 and it arrived at 10:20. Two build your own kids meals. Just a bunch of cold stuff thrown in a bowl. Kids meals come with separate ingredients-not this crap. Can't even get the app to work for a refund. Absolutely never order from this location

This location is mysteriously always "out" of vinaigrette dressing, aka they just choose not to make it. You offer one dressing for the salad option and never have it "all of a sudden". Make it make sense.
