Chipotle Mexican Grill

The small portion monster strikes again. My sister's burrito was small and my double protein bowl was absolutely not that. For the price I would hope for better. Might be calling it quits on this store.Update: tried to contact customer support and basically a robot said "hey thanks we'll let the store know" and that was that.

I can't in good faith recommend chipotle anymore. I had a burrito given to me from this place half the size of what they used to be and I went in person. I didn't complain, but I will never be back to chipotle again. Charge more for the burritos if you want to give them at half size and give a regular size meal, please

I catered for my son's 16th birthday 10 people at $180 total. when I opened the order at home, there's plenty of condiments, chips, salsa, etc. and very little chicken and steak. I ordered double meat for a reason and this was not enough to feed 10 people. We went back to the store, the manager had the nerve to bring a weight out and weigh the steak. He was rude and I will never order catering from chipotle ever again. Too many other places to choose from that actually care about their customers. Maybe spend less on expensive boxes for the orders and giving out 1000 forks and spoons and actually give meat for tacos. Terrible service, this location is rated 1 for a reason and the manager could care less.

Consistently bad. Always an incorrect item or all items wrong. No dressing for the salad. Placed the order through the app, sent my son to pick up and when he got home and we realized there was no steak on the steak bowl or dressing for my salad, I called. Diego who identified as the supervisor said he ran out of dressing "a couple hours ago" and he made the order himself so he's "sure he put steak on the bowl". I was then directed to call 1-800-CHIPOTLE. An outsourced line to India where you reach an agent with the poorest connection possible - I had to end the call twice and call back. I've lost all faith in Chipotle.

Stingy with meat portions. Ordered a burrito and only had two pieces of chicken. They shake the meat off the spoon and charge extra if you ask to add more.

This location was good a year ago. Now it's just a miss everytime we go. We decided to order in person because the portions have been a hit or miss ordering online. Ambience/service: We walk inside and they're playing loud music. Which is fine, it's normal to play music and vibe, but it was entirely overstimulating not being able to hear a single thing on either end. Having to repeat our orders while the people taking our orders can't hear, vice versa. My fiance got the bottom of the barrel chicken pellets and they didn't offer to add more of the new one before passing it along...so he he had to ask for more. You could tell the workers were over it...probably from rude customers not being able to hear and the music taste. I mean if you're gonna play rap, at least play the good rap!Taste test: I've never had more bland chipotle in maaaa liifeeeee. I mean the only thing that saved my finance's was the hot salsa. Mine just tasted like avocado. No salt, no seasoning, nothing. Got a side of chips, they were stale as heck. They were more chewy than the chicken was. Overall: We won't be coming back to this one for a while.

We just before 7 PM and they were out of chicken out of brisket and when I waited for the chicken, they put half a spoonful and the rest rice. When I the young lady had an attitude worst service I've had in a while. This is not the first time I've had bad service, but I thought it was just a fluke. I do not recommend eating from this restaurant.

Don't eat at this location bro. I've never had such an awful burrito. The barbacoa was full of slabs of fat.

I've been going to this chipotle for a long time and i've never really had too much of an issue until this last year. This last year without an exception I have purchased an expensive bowl with barely a scoop of rice, chicken, and a overpour of condiments. Today I visited this chipotle with my boyfriend and deadass it took him 5 bites to finish the bowl. It was barely halfway filled and the meat was cold by the time they got o serving us because they were too busy yapping. Do better chipotle, because it's not even just the workers fault, it's the company that has been skimping and overcharging customers for diminishing portion sizes.

We recently ordered a bowl and in mine I got the brown rice and it was disgusting. Extremely salty and inedible . Don't go to this place if you don't want to waste your money.
