Chipotle Mexican Grill

What's with the hate?!?! Stayed at a hotel down the road so I ate here for a whole week. Servings here are actually generous and they don't mind if you politely ask for more, every time the people were chill. Seriously tho, who the hell is hating? Yall have NOT seen a bad chipotle clearly. This location is an above average, no questions asked!

My husband and I went there for dinner on Friday night and got the veteran bowl. We BOTH got food poisoning. We were violently I'll.The manager couldn't have cared less... The nurses he said would call us, NEVER did....PLEASE DO NOT EAT AT THIS CHIPOLTE!

I have yet to have a good experience at this Chipotle and honestly most Chipotles suck now. The staff is beyond rude and hate their lives, the portions are tiny, the register breaks down and they don't even fully wrap burritos. I just got home and the second I took off the foil it all fell apart. I'm just so f'ing done with this crap. I think this is the last time I eat there ever again. Just such a joke.

Rude customer service. I understand being tired, but seriously - consider maybe hiring people who aren't going to have ZERO personality. Order was dry and tortilla on my kids Quesadilla was burned up. Didn't have the side I want. Didn't put the extra chips I ordered in my bag, nor did she put the drink in there as well. Acted annoyed every single time I asked. Hell don't blame me, put everything in the bag! Thinking I'll switch to another location from now on, one where the people working the register are at the very least friendly. Super rude and unprofessional.

I had a great experience! My sister and I ordered a steak bowl with guacamole, a half chicken/half steak quesadilla, large chips and queso, and sides of vinaigrette. You can see in the pictures that the portions were excellent. The employees seemed stressed, but were friendly and efficient. We ended up eating inside the restaurant and it seemed like the dining area hadn't been cleaned in a while. One of the chairs at our table had mysterious brown sludge smeared on it and the drink station needed some up keep. The temperature and volume in the restaurant were pleasant though and made for a good dining-in experience.

Ight soo boom this was happened, It was ight, chicken was little too salty for my taste buds type s***. Fuck all daaa bs yaaa heard , cashier was ugly af and her breath stank .bathrooms smelled like 10 cans of bounce that ahhh as well as the restaurant

Don't even bother with going to this location, I had a terrible experience, the manager on duty had horrible customer service and just overall made me question why she's even a manager there. I understand customer service myself working in it but I don't see how it's okay to be petty and unprofessional. I went last Friday and waited for over 40 minutes and they didn't even bother to work with me or help me out and I wasn't being rude or anything but I was extremely dissatisfied in my experience here.

Over all the food was good. The service could have been a little better as the employees were a little rude. Overall a normal chipotle experience

New managers have ran this place into the ground. Used to have a line out the door at lunch now just 2 to 3 people in line. Been eating here for years multiple times a week, and the quality has PLUMMETED the past few months. Today they tried to serve me brown guac. Not like the normal thin brown layer on top. It was brown through and through. Don't eat here.

My family witnessed a staff member verbally assault a customer over a simple request. Yelling and cussing at the customer he was insulted and stormed out. We would have left as well if we hadn't just paid. Each of the three women (no name tags) working the front were very rude and seemed so miserable. I wasn't even the one in the controversy, but this was like witnessing a bad joke. On top of them being unable to roll a burrito, they refused to give my wife and three-year-old a code to the public bathroom. Save your money, don't come here.
