I did a mobile order and when I came in past my pick up time they still did not have my order ready. The employees there were extremely rude and did not seem to give any care about the quality of the service. I get it, working in a job that serves the public can suck, especially when it's busy, but it doesn't give you the excuse to treat people poorly because you guys messed up. It's crazy how chipotle has just gone downhill but that's what happens when a company only cares about profit.

I stopped by really quick for lunch and this Chipotle at this location really disappointed me. The food didn't taste that good or fresh at all. Starting with the chicken, it was over cooked, the guacamole, pico de gallo and corn were not fresh at all. The rice was dry and tasteless. They wanted to charge me $18 for a chicken bowl, and when I asked why so much for a bowl of chicken and guacamole, the cashier who didn't know any English, didn't know what to say... so the manager came and told me " that's been always the price" so apparently they charge you whatever they want every time you go. I ended up paying but not for the guacamole because it looked really bad and I didn't want to pay so much for a bowl of food that wasn't even fresh. The bar drinks were disgusting...everything was all over, napkins on the floor, plastic utensils dirty and hot sauce all over the counter bar. The ambiance was not pleasant at all, since the music was way too loud and too disturbing to enjoy lunch. I don't recommend this Chipotle location at all. I guess...next time... I'll save my time and money and go to a traditional Mexican restaurant.

Worst service I've ever experienced,spent 160$ on a company order and they managed to mess up EVERY ITEM. After informing the MANAGER she was verry cunty and inconsiderate ! Also tried charging me for chips and queso we already purchased. Beyond disgusted with this locations service.

If I could give negative stars for this Chipotle I would. There have been countless times we've been here and our order still isn't made and countless times they've forgotten to give us something in our online order. The last straw was tonight when I got home and my quesadilla was a total mess and haphazardly shoved in a burrito bowl container with NONE of my sides. Absolutely unbelievable!! We are NEVER coming back to this Chipotle.

I come here quite often. Sometimes it's a hit and sometimes it's a miss. It's so weird how each time can be vastly different. This time I was heartbroken by the interaction I encountered... There was a man in front of me at the cash register paying for his meal. Mine was next and they put my food in his bag. Startled I quickly told them no no no! That is my food. The girl who was helping the guy at the register started yelling at the man who was paying saying "you told me you were together!!! I asked you if you were together and you said yes! Why would you say this!" She was really angry with him. I could tell the man paying was confused. Maybe English wasn't his first language, maybe he had never been to a chipotle before, maybe he was just trying to tell her that his bowl was together with the salsa they were still putting together which was his. Whatever the situation was that man did not deserve to be spoken to in that way. The lady never apologized to the man or to me. She just had an attitude to me and the man paying. The man paying tried to say to her I do not deserve to be treated this way, I have done nothing to you. And to note this was not a busy time. There was only one other person in line behind me. Regardless of it being busy or not you do not yell at a customer. It truly broke my heart because I truly felt the man paying was confused by the whole set up. And chipotle please do not comment saying oh go on the website and file a complaint, I already did and the 200 character allowance did not allow for the whole story. Chipotle do better.
