I stopped into this Chili's as I passed it while driving to the movie theater. The one that was near my home in Indiana closed so I hadn't been to a Chilis for quite some time. When I input my cell number I had a free chips and salsa to redeem. I have attached a pic of the Ancho Salmon I ordered. It was very good and I really liked the sauce, it was prepared perfectly. The broccoli was good as well. The rice was okay so I decided not to eat it and save myself the calories. I did reserve some calories for a Skinny Margarita which was good. My server was nice & attentive. The meal was served quickly. I will go back again when I'm in the area.

I hate to admit this but we came to this location because it never looks busy but that backfired on us tonight. It looked like they were training several new employees so I went into it thinking it's not going to be the best service but they are learning. We asked for a booth and were told no because they didn't want to seat out of order.....oh well, not the end of the world. The high top we were sat at fell in the bartender's area. There was only the one bar tender for the whole restaurant and he was slammed. I don't want to gripe about him because I don't think it's fair to have a bartender waiting on tables, it's a big enough task running the bar. With the bartender/ waiter busy we had to flag someone down every time we wanted something. Note to the manager, if people have to ask for items it makes them feel awkward and like a burden and that brings down the vibe of the whole experience. Simple fix; the bartender should only be a waiter for the physical bar, not the area, just the bar. I started a collection of just my empty glasses to see how many they would leave on the small table, no one really appeared to care. Now the food.....the chicken strips were some of the juiciest I have ever had; hands down way to go! Not enough to turn around the experience but definitely kept them out of the "one star" bracket. The Mac-n-cheese might as well have not existed. No flavor. It wasn't bad; it wasn't good......it was chunky air.......unnecessary.

This was my first chilis experience and I was rather pleased. The food was pretty good for a chain restaurant. I got the triple dipper with the fried mozzarella, big mouth bites, and the chipotle honey crispers - all were good. We thought the price was good for quality of food! Service was pretty good!

Food is pretty consistent now, seems like they've made some adjustments in management, so we being the family a little more often. Great burger and meal deal for $10.99, which is hard to beat! Comfortable place, nice atmosphere and good for the family.

I ordered my food, the salmon.. I ordered the sauce on the side.. one of the sauces (( red one )) tasted like outdated or expired.. I called the manager Tracy.. talk gentleman with the Broncos T.shirt.. I gave him the sauce and explained the situation. He toke it to the kitchen and never came back to tell me if it's actually expired or this is how it taste? A few minutes I asked about him and they told me that he left.. not even a few minutes after I complained.. how is that a manager that should be taking care of an EXPIRED food served to a customer????

My heart and stomach were filled with trepidation as our party approached the restaurant. Reaching into the deepest darkest corners of my mind I tried to recall what I had ordered the last time I was here over 15 years ago.Chicken tenders?? Yup, definitely chicken tenders... As we entered this fine establishment we were greeted by an absolutely packed house - and I feared for the state of our society. Who goes to Chili's in the year 2024? Apparently all the good people of Southglenn! After all, it was National Margarita Day, and they were running some specials that delivered some stellar sweet and a little sour $5 margs in souvenir cups.We started with chips and guacamole which were the low light for the evening. Either they forgot the salt completely or intentionally serve it sodium free out of deep sense of concern over their patrons heart health. Fortunately my heart is in stellar shape and I was able to season my guac to my hearts content with the large salt shakers on our table. My dear roommate and I shared an epic Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with ribs (good!), chipotle honey chicken crispers (very good!), and brisket quesadillas (Chili's no hablas espanol and they definitely forgot to put queso in these).Of the sides I sampled the Mac n Cheese was the standout, as it was rich, velvety, and perfectly al dente. The fries were bountiful, and the corn elote was tasty but a bit overdone and under sauced. At this point in the evening, an ABSOLUTE UNIT of a molten chocolate lava cake appeared and our dining party erupted into song - Happy birthday to you! I initially tried to join in before I realized it was me being serenaded, and this was not someone's birthday but rather a sinister prank at my expense. To my dismay, table after table throughout the restaurant paused their meals, turned to our table, and joined in on the public harassment of my poor 30 year old self. The entire Chili's community united together in this one beautiful moment of song, and throughout the rest of the evening diners and staff alike passed our table to wish me the happiest of birthdays. Fortunately the trauma melted quicker than the ice cream on our molten cake, whose unctuous, sweet, creamy, rich chocolate decadence quickly washed away all feelings of embarrassment and self loathing with its horrifically calorically dense embrace. And with that, I was fully converted to the Chili's lifestyle. This whole experience cost under $30 (taxes and tips included). I would strongly recommend any diner try the Chipotle Honey Chicken Crispers and Molten Chocolate Lava Cake for their fix of "sweet (and crunchy) sticky icky and warm oo-ey gooey for real dawg."

Service was average. Guess that is what you expect? We ordered quesadillas. First ones looked like crispy tacos put together. Had it replaced and looked exactly the same. Waiter asked what was wrong with it. As we were explaining she walked away.... Food tasted like it was warmed up. Cold spots on the ribs.
